it's hard to believe. i figured this would be unsolved forever. never have closure on it. horrible way to lose a child. i hope they can prove all this. that he did all this. >> reporter: she is referring to joseph naso. he is accused of murdering her and three other women, her other aunt is concerned the news of the arrest is too much for her mother to handle because of past health problems. >> i think my sister put it in the past and now it's bringing it back. >> that's one thing she never talked about. we would talk about the kids, what they used to do. >> reporter: reggie kumar, kron 4 news. >> this is a picture of family, she was killed in the 1990s. we asked her sister if she knew anything about the suspect. >> i didn't know him. never heard her speak of him. he was under the radar. >> stay with us for continuing coverage on the cold case murders and log on to www.kron.com anytime for the latest on the case. and now to the barry bonds perjury verdict. kron 4's dan kerman foulode the trial. he was in court today as the jury. ed the verdict. >> reporter: when barry bonds arrived wednesday morning he didn't know he would be leaving a guilty man. after three days of deliberations, a jury announced they were hopelessly dead locked on three perjury counts but found him guilty of obstruction of justice for being misleading during his grand jury testimony. it was the lack of a guilty verdict on the perjury charges the defense chose to emphasize. >> alleged needles, growth hormone, those were mistried. there was no conviction, no verdict advers to barry bonds. >> reporter: the prostitution said we were gratified by a guilty verdict on count five. the prosecution said it is too early to say if they will retry barry bonds and the defense said it is too early to say if they will appeal. dan kerman, kron 4 news. >> after the verdict members of the jury were finally able to talk about the trial. they said there were a few heated arguments and they could only agree on the one count of obstruction of justice. >> he is often dodging the questions and giving answers that are not relevant to the question when they were yes or no questions questions and he would ramble on. he was just being asked if he had a needle injected in him. he would just talk about something else. just hitting in front of a grand jury. so you are obstructing justice. >> the last day as jurors we did a good job together, as far as coming to where we are at. >> i am not a baseball person, i didn't know anything about this, and just based on the evidence there wasn't enough to say he was guilty. >> there came to a point where, you know, you know, we said this is how we feel, this is how i feel. i am not going back. >> this juror, who did not want to use her name was the only one who thought bonds was not guilty on count two, the count involving him saying only doctors injected him. the verdict came hours before the giants game against the dodgers. as the fans headed into the stadium kron 4's da lin asked them about what they thought of the verdict. >> reporter: the dodgers and giants playing tonight and a lot of fans are standing behind barry bonds and some dodgers fans say they are sympathetic to the hope run king. >> i don't think he is guilty. i don't think he is guilty. >> i was surprised. i think he was telling the truth. >> i have been a bonds fan and i will stay a bonds fan. he did miracles for the giants there. >> people came to see berry bat. i am still behind him 100%. >> go giants. >> it's a fair outcome. >> reporter: why?
