The court date for Boston Marathon bombing suspect Johar Tsarnaev has been set. A judge set the trial for november 3rd this year. Tsarnaevs lawyers had asked for a trial date no earlier than september of 2015, but prosecutors wanted the trail this fall. Several of the 2hundred60 people injured in the terrorist attack were in the courtroom for the hearing. Tsarnaev was not there. Prosecutors say they will seek the Death Penalty.
