out the car car outside a home in east san jose. the baby was found safe inside the abandoned mi. from where was stolen. hernandez faces charges including kidnapping, child endangerment and auto seattle suburb including a suspect who was shot by officers. officers responded to reports of shooting in federal way about 20 mi. south of seattle. when they arrive they discovered four bodies, three man and woman. a fifth person was shot by officers when he reached for down as they approached him. authorities did not know what triggered the shooting. the man accused of mailing ricin laced letters to the president and a mississippi senator is expected back in court today. paul kagan curtis has denied any involvement in setting the interest of the letters to president obama and senator roger wicker as well as one to a mississippi judge. curtis is in detention and preliminary hearing began on friday and continues today. >> investigators and taxes have not determined a cause of the hospital this morning of able to speak with a gunshot wound to the neck. authorities are hoping they can find out from him if there are any other unexploded bombs or sell members plotting an attack.
