to get to this point. after about two and a half months of continuous investigation with collaboration of all local and state and federal agencies, we would like to acknowledge the is marceau, the fbi and the commitment of personnel. this is been very very intense we have used a lot of man hours on the search and rescue. our investigation has led to the identification of the garcia at-torres as the her clothes have contributed to our belief that sierra's is a victim of murder. early on when i get the first responded to a missing john report, he knew immediately that this is not just a runaway.
