overpass. the board believes never even investigated this. here is video of the shooting. it happened at 11:15 p.m. when a man and woman got off of a bart train from san francisco heading to a home in hayward of of tennis and when two suspects came up to them on foot and demanded their purses and wallets. they did not resist, they handed over their belongings, everything they were supposed to do, but instead, for whatever reason, the suspects decided to shoot the man. he was hit twice, once in the arm and once in the chest. he was rushed to the hospital good news is, he is in stable condition. his wife is a very ravels. when that give our police department is still trying to get more information from the victims. we do not know if they are from hayward or if it were followed off of the lawmakers to come up with a balanced budget. this will help to close the state's remaining $9.6 million budget deficit. or if a decision is not made by midnight, lawmakers will not get paid. the four republican lawmakers who are needed to pass the budget are reluctant to sales and vehicle taxes which is what is being proposed. as a result, the legislature may have to close the budget with more cuts to education, public safety and health and human services. the san jose city council has unanimously approved an agreement with the police officers' association on concessions that will save about 160 officer jobs. the terms include a 10% pay cut in the benefit savings of $12.9 million. even with these concessions, the city is still expected to lay off 100 police officers. the move is
