Prosecutors say he was struck at least 30 times in about 40 seconds. The two deputies are facing charges in San Francisco. They have yet to go to trial. Center of Animal Rescue and education in Solano County or cares on march 20th, which then notified vallejos animal control five days later. That officers responded to the area.
