But at times certain individuals from one side went into areas that were hostile. The protesters burned an American Flag and pelted Trump Supporters with eggs. For were arrested and are facing charges including assault with a Deadly Weapon. And a lawful simile. 250 Police Officers were deployed. Chief garcia admits that wasnt enough to handle an estimated 400 protesters. For my point of view as we mentioned, we would need more people. We would need more officers. Police are directing traffic and some businesses have had to close because of this bomb threat. Including a nearby motorcycle shop and a government medicare office. I just spoke to an employee there who said police suggested that everyone get out of the building. They have an early friday. They are heading home. Police are taking this very seriously. They do not know at this point whether or not the threat is credible. They are not taking any chances. In fact i saw them with a bomb removal robot. Its not clear at this point exactly how serious the threat is. We do know several buildings have been evacuated. We do believe some employees were inside the dna lounge at the time when the threat happened. They have been evacuated. The dna lounge, an institution in San Francisco, i was talking with a colleague about his memories of seeing prince at the lounge. Its open 24 hours and known for its pizza. Flash grenades were deployed and one beanbag round was fired at the man who had been holed up in a home he had a gun apparently and police say he was trying to burglarize the place. The home located here on pacific. The suspect was taken into custody this morning. After the beanbag round was deployed a swat team officer chased the suspect around the corner. Other officers gave chase. A few moment moments later a woman who was inside a hair salon ran out. This was the 2nd flash grenade to be deployed. As they bring the standoff to a close with the suspect who they try to negotiate with for 5 hours. Police say it started from a 911 call from someone inside this building reporting someone was breaking into their home. When Police Responded the suspect was inside. The suspect ran into another room. Officers went in to get him into custody at which point a shot was fired by the suspect. Reporter one neighbor heard the shot. 2 police cars and a shot fired. Whether he fired at them, i dont know. Reporter the resident was able to get out while the armed suspect remained barricaded inside. Police brought in hostage negotiators and from this video you can see swat team snipers on a nearby roof. Around 2 30 police say the man broke through the skylight of neighboring hair salon and grappled with the people inside. As well as officers. He violently fought with officers. He was covered in glass and resisting by biting and spitting. I have a total of 6 officers injured from this incident. Officers were slashed by the glass and there was blood on blood contact between the suspects blood of the officers blood. And thats because he had failed to appear in court for unrelated charges a week prior. Friday an autopsy was scheduled to be performed on Gerald Villabrille jr. The man Fremont Police say he shot 2 Police Officers on wednesday before barricading himself in this home. Tear gas fired by swat team members set the house on fire and his body was found inside. Friday, what was left of the house was boarded up. Those who live nearby were trying to get back to normal life. It was terrifying. If he wouldve got of hold of hostages if you wouldve chosen my house he wouldve had 3 hostages. Reporter she lives to homes down. She says she and her daughter and 18monthold granddaughter were inside when swat Team Officers knocked down her fence to search for backyard for the suspect. We were very scared. He was paroled 8 months later. He was sent back to prison 4 times over the next 8 years for violating parole. The California Department of corrections says he was sentenced to prison in june 2006. For being an exfelon in possession of a firearm as well as other weapon related charges. He was paroled almost 4 years later in january 2010 only to be sent back to prison twice for violation. The army says the bodies of the 4 missing fort hood soldiers they have been looking for, they were swept away in a rainstorm and again the bodies have been found. You are looking at rescue efforts. The army and other agencies accused ground, air and dog teams to missing locate the bodies. The bodies were found a day after the truck overturned. This is in fort wood texas. The soldiers were being trained on how to operate that truck. 5 other soldiers were killed. 3 were injured. Multiple investigations have been launched. Meanwhile i Helicopter Rescue was under way today on Rocky Mountain peak in colorado where special forces troops awaited medical aid.
