That this sort of thing shouldnt be tolerated and that theyre going to investigate it thoroughly, and theyre going to prosecute it to the fullest prosecutors say barrett recorded himself on his cell phone driving around working up what he called courage to knock someone out. According to prosecutors, on the recording, barrett said, the plan is to see if i were to hit a black person, would this be nationally televised . Probable cause.
