One in oakland which the pair no longer runs and a modesto location which is currently getting new administrators. The allegations include patients not getting proper care. Including one incidnet where a client had a seizure after not getting with dementia was alledgely not properly supervised and wandered away. Returned by police two days later. The Castro Valley facilty had fire Code Violations and back in september was found to have inadaquete staffing. The facility itself. Reportely dirty and in disrepair. Other staff making false statements to patients and report patient falls. And multiple employees allowed to work without criminal records clearances.
