police were called. on august 3rd, a few blocks away on ortega's circle, police suspected the same man approached and pestered three other kids, two girls and a boy. they also got away. despite the likeness between the two suspects, the man in the sketch according to police drove a white honda sedan while the suspect in the sierra lamar case owns a red volkswagen jetta. gilroy police have identified a suspect in a child of millions case but will refuse to say is that suspect is antolin garcia torres. the case has been turned over for the district attorney's office for the review of any rehearsal today for graduation, but not everyone in the class was present on the field. brentwood's school administrators suspended students falling in school prank. this is the latest information. 50 graduation ceremonies. next week, a judge will weigh in on whether or not the teachers must give the suspended students final exams. some parents say without scores from finals, it could affect judge panel rejected the claim that there was insufficient evidence to support a conviction. the attorney for mehserle says he is not surprised by the ruling but is disappointed. >> the conviction
