>> i think that they should adjust that if you leak 50% that you should just claimed victory. dianne feinstein came very close but other than that i am not sure if people really understand what is going on. there is a rematch in november costing more money. and creating a lot of noise. >>pam: this was a bit confusing as people understand this wisconsin recall, scott walker has retained his position. the first to maintain his position that the unions are fighting and they lost. similar to san jose were the unions did not want their pensions modified. and in that case the mayor had victory. is this a trend against unions? >> i think that there is a big trend against public labor unions. if i am in front of the california labor unions i am extremely nervous about proposition 13 for the state of california. if you have the upper hand and you can not get a deal you can always threatened to get a ballot. >>pam: a compromise?
