dropout rate is 21.7%. that's almost three points from last year. in the bay area of the east side union high and gilroy unified school district had the highest rate in santa clara county and 21.4% and 22.2% respectively. in alameda county some of the top offenders were berkeley, and rate and hayward unified school district. the biggest drop belgrade is oakland unified school district at 40%. old boy somehow wound up in a found in the hotel lobby. he wasn't breathing when police and fire fighters showed up. it is given cpr and rushed to the hospital where the last decade a pulse and was breathing. although no other reformation is available. police say family members of the young boy contacted hotel security when they discovered he was missing. hotel security found the boy nine
