ft. of the actual location but they say they cannot get any closer because it is too dangerous because of fumes in the area and the fuel that is still left in the pipes. all that needs to be cleaned of they say before investigators can get a closer look at the site. chevron is now speaking out on the pictures saying that it is premature to comment. they say rather than speculate they will rely on expert analysis. they say it was a significant amount of water being applied to the area and that also created a lot of steam. they say that contributed to part of the cloud. >> darya: the oakland police, has discovered what has been causing interference with their police radios, it is the at&t cellphone towers. they have an older 2g signal that its bleeding of into the ecosystem for the police system. it has rendered their system completely useless. more cellphone towers many to be shut down, open is not the only city that has this problem six months ago, at&t had to shut down cellphone signals that were interfering with the port authority of new york and new jersey. oakland spent the million- dollar on that new police system it is just about one year old. when they were asked why it
