wiped out much of this san ramon neighborhood, the utility is now asking the public utilities commission for the increase to improve the safety of its gas and electricity delivery systems. pg&e is requesting that rapes payers take in an additional half a billion dollars in 2015 and 2016. that would amount to an 5% increase and a 15% increase on monthly gas bills just during the first year. >> utilities commission for a rate increase. they are requesting ratepayers to kick in an additional $1.2 billion in 2014 and an additional half a million in 2015 and 16 san bruno residents and state
