temperatures a little bit warmer. we have 56 degrees for downtown san francisco. keeping the upper fifties around for oakland the same goes for concord. as we headed to the afternoon, the cloud coverage in the fall bayshore to burn off. temperatures sitting mostly in the '70s and it could squeeze out some 84 the warmest inland areas. as we headed to tomorrow we will gain a couple of degrees. you will notice that from the in and spots in the heady pretty quiet weather pattern. a little below the seasonal average and it does not look like we have a wet weather. fog tracker for shows you concede the fog not only putting the coastline in the peninsula that even judge the water's been spilling into some of the inland valleys as we advance the clock that cloud coverage and all the smooth and easy ride for those coming out of marin county. >> darya: chp investigator on the scene of a fatal hit- and-run that is our developing story we want to turn to jackie cecil was at the scene of this accident. >>anchor: investigators are still out here on the scene of the accident that left one person dead and another potentially facing felony hit-and-run charges. according to the chp, this trucks traveling northbound at around 12:45 p.m.--12:45 p.m.. he swerved off the road and then hit this red truck head on. unfortunately the driver of the red truck was pronounced dead at the scene. according to the chp a witness stopped and was talking to the driver of the first truck went to check on the victim, and then came back and the driver was gone. the chp came back out and made an intensive search around the area attempting to find the driver but to no avail, and they obviously have the truck in custody to take fingerprints. but, for right now only one lane of the highway is open. tow trucks are back out here right now. it looks like the trucks will be out of here in about five minutes or so, so it should not have much effect on this morning commute. >> darya: this is the kind of thing that happened lucky referred with the one witness very few people around to help out with the investigation. >>anchor: yes, basically this happen at about 12458 am or 1:00 a.m.. only one car saw what happened and he was talking to the driver went to check on the victim and then came back and that is when the driver took off. adjutancy, the tow trucks are taking out the vehicles right now. >> justine: police are on the scene at jones investigating a shooting to a man he was shot in the leg. no arrests have been made we have not gotten any permission about the victim but as soon as
