Police responded to a fight shortly before midnight. They found 21yearold michael van key so was taken to the hospital, but died from his injuries. Police say the suspect, 40year old victoria was found at an apartment complex after leaving the scene. Officers say that after they found her, she admitted to anyone with information regarding this homicide is asked to Call Reno Police at 3342115 or secret witness at 3224900. Deputies identified the two suspects who burglarized a home last month. Carson city Officials Say the first suspects, keith gearhart, white male, 180 pounds. They say the second suspect is 22yearold kayla robins. She is a white female about 5 tall and 130 pounds. Both suspects used this 2010 black kia soul with nevada plates to flee the scene. Active chain controls on reno north into california 295 as well as pyramid highway from 80 to south of pyramid lake, so be careful when you led out there. He is now weighing oral org minutes on whether the program violates the states constitution. This lawsuit was brought by parents concerned the School Choice program will take public harming the Public School system. The program would give around 5,000 per student to qualifying families to use that for homeschooling or other programs. This is the third legal challenge the program has faced. Two are constitutional challenges. As a parent, i feel this legislation is going to take money out of the Public Schools which are all ready under resourced and under funded and school. It is public funds. He says the plaintiffs must prove harm and since the program has not been em memented, their concerns are just speculative. Both sides have said they will appeal.
