Rapidly increase in its intensity very quickly even with the span of 24 hours so it dropped in 24 millibars or more in the span of 24 hours So basically here's your system and you can see that right now on some of our visible satellite imagery it even has an eye of the system that's the very center of this low pressure system it's pretty along with it some very cold temperatures strong winds and some snow into areas like New York Boston Washington d.c. Back here at home across southern Colorado we are seeing very dry due to a ridge of high pressure Now here's a look at the timing of this nor'easter it's going to continue to move up to the north so here's a look later on today at 3 o'clock to 6 there will still be some of these bands moving through all the ne and New York State this is going to be pushing off into Maine as we go later on tonight and into tomorrow I think tomorrow for the most part the eastern seaboard states are just going to be digging out and feeling the impacts the aftermath of this system so this thing is continuing to move up to the north so in its wake we still have several different winter weather alerts we've got some freeze alerts into Florida we also have some winter storm warnings some blizzard alerts into the mid Atlantic and Northeastern states and we'll be tracking that for you back here at home high pressure rains and so we're seeing great conditions out there temperatures right now in the fifty's just as expected and we'll continue to see our highs into the next couple of hours through for temperatures drop a bit we're going to be in the forty's full of lots of sunshine and should feel pretty nice out there and it did 10 dropping to the mid to upper twenty's overnight down to the teens in the twenty's and hyest tomorrow even warmer folks we're going to be into the mid to upper fifty's and we're going to be going out there Saturday it's on Sunday morning with a slight chance for a cold front temperatures dropping and then the possibility for some morning showers on Sunday a little to no impacts expected going into Canyon City we got the fifty's as we go today into tomorrow and through Saturday even the upper fifty's sick with us some scattered showers Sunday morning only a temperature. An opportunity for Pueblo and Fremont counties slight chance for some showers Sunday morning imply that stay dry temperatures warm into the upper fifty's by Saturday and then dropping slightly into Sunday behind Sunday morning sculls right so high pressure continues to influence our weather pattern the next couple of days and high pressure is going to kind of flatten as we go into Saturday and the area of low pressure is going to drop through the area and that's going to drop temperatures just a bit temperature drop it really isn't going to be that drastic and nothing like the $3040.00 degree temperature drop 20 c.
