Today we are doing an intervention. Something here that I care a lot about and I just felt like someone had to talk to him about it. We have as our intervention e Jason Jones Jason are you ready for what is about to go down yeah this is great now we've got to have intervention 300 radio stations live it's I thought more like 500 but I think that's crucial I think it's a good writer the 1st live 300 stations across the world where you know I have such a long list of things to deal with you and I don't know where to begin but I think we should start with the deepest darkest and that is this thing that you do one ways a year actually lie 2 ways he that that that traffic app he will lie to that and tell it that you are a passenger not a driver and I'm not sure where you begin with that. Confession and you confess this heavy reckon silly a should Was ways e you know. You. Actually you're I get excited and I'm not lying my app but what do you feel about the truth actually. This is your friends well I mean I'm your friend probably your only friend most of Nora but unlikely so I'm just telling you as your friend I think that's probably not a mortal sin but probably a v a venial sin and you need to deal with it he. Probably did actually say you know all of us you. Are driving are clean other people rest. I don't resent your audience you know what ways it is it's just probably you and me it's a cool app it has a little picture have your audience already Ok explain it so they know how grave your sin is. Application tried. To ask you're passing your when you change directions are driving from an ordinary x. Orlando and you gas and driving at least gas station say Are you a passenger if you like yes and then and then people along the road to say hey there's an obstruction at the this mile marker or they'll say there's a cop watch out and yes and so so I think this is something that you probably need to go to confession about and you need to ask forgiveness of ways the about. Here. Because I don't think it's wise without occasionally ask you I don't. Know this is a great question and in some way being breaking the law I guess original are Ok so I For those who are our listeners probably Bill you know there's only how many 1000000000 people on the planet probably at least less than half are listening but for those who aren't listening to the radio show some of them are watching live on Facebook and Youtube it if you follow me on Facebook or or and youtube if you subscribe to our bare Wasnik site you can actually listen and watch the radio show being recorded before it's even aired and if you are a loser then you could actually become a part of our email list go to our website subscribe and you can get the show emailed to you before it even airs Jason Jones and I got to describe this t. Shirt he's wearing now why purses. But to say every. Did you look hot tub and so what's the story about that teacher. And why. You have to point to get in there to try to explain that shirt. Yes You know we're small state and we produce a lot of beautiful people that do a lot of 3 things. We love that we love that I love that shirt such a thing where you are it's just you know it's the Grammys Oh yeah that's right he used to sing with I think used to sing with the society a 7 right I do know that yeah he came up through the through the ranks and the local local people in his uncles and all that that's what you did in Hawaii at your uncles right it's all about ankles but let's get let's get. You know we dealt with the intervention portion of our show you don't Ave Maria but I hear vicious rumors you to come up here I'm in Florida right now you're going to come up here tomorrow to to the Cocoa Beach area so we should kind of put a warning out yeah I just spent 2 weeks in Washington d.c. Working on a project. To protect. Syrian Kurds and Christians were under under guard through Turkey with my organization the Human Rights Education relief organization and the intense 2 weeks was mostly in d.c. For 3 days now and that I didn't really have secret University and looking out over the campuses talking to you and tomorrow I'm speaking to the kind of Medical Association I feel really subversive bear because you know I mean you are just too . You know. When academics are intellectuals I look at you and I always forget how wise you are how much now if you had because you just the big guy but I feel like it's a personal. And giraffes you know it is. Only really University today people families and a lot of privilege and access and tomorrow to seek medical professionals and I feel like a radical rabble right into tears try to incite these people of influence and access to use their life to protect me from violence and that's what it's all about Catholics have always been swimming upstream I've always been the revolutionaries but we've been the that the rebellion and here for years peaking in fact it should be aired after you give your speech. But it's not the Catholic Medical Association being held at my parish actually holy name of Jesus it's a kind of a big deal it's the statewide or it's I think if they were Lando chapter they have a white master all the doctors show up and then there is this there's going to be this incredible. Dialogue about human sex trafficking and all of that sort of all the ramifications of that but you have a particular take it a take on that what is it what is it what what direction are you going to go with your talk. You know I get I have a lot of talk to give I really get to talk which is well you know trying to advance the truth of the given person Christian anthropology in the age of identity politics where people are just kids should I Kennedy and identity subjected. We need to get past people's identity to their essence their as is of their dignity and their word is that's going to get it in with my talking comparable to get you to hear her say and then also I don't touch I'm sure with these these medical professionals how privileged they are and the obligation they have to work to their profession it was special association to make sure that they are under the truth about a given person is course the 1st milestone is the culture of life is full Eagle protections of the most notable member of the human family a child in the womb and then from there you know that's just the beginning people think ending abortion is the end of the culture where it is really the most basic 1st step and medical professionals how did very important job which is to get their industry right because as rigorous as wait the entire medical profession has become corrupt and it has had to reorganize itself rather than we were going to get some credit or credit go is now we're getting itself around the ideology of Roe and so struck a whole profession where you have a guy there a case and Dr Lance Mackey he's a friend of both of ours. By the way. This guy Jason Jones he is the lead star of the main main main main star of the long ride home with Berewa snake and also the star the main star of the bear was think adventure and also he is the absolute only star of my newest podcast which will be coming out soon called Bare Wasnik on change I'm just lucky that most of the time I'm the guy that the cameras on and. Yeah you do it. Oh yeah you did the I will also I run Burgundy I also had a great great role to play in that but there's a guy there Dr Lance Mackey that you know is a cast member of long right home which you're a major part of and he he has actually had to dodge a lot of bullets in his profession he delivers babies and part of that is care for their women and they've insisted that he do tubal ligations and he made a stand many years ago saying no you wouldn't and it's put in a position of him having to fly away from his home and work in and in other states and other hospitals and he'll work at one hospital for a while then after when they insist that he do a tubal ligation he will say no there's one thing. The most vulnerable. Being is the baby in the womb but what about those babies that are never conceived because of contraception in tubal ligation 2 there's a lot that the medical profession needs to deal with so that's true in just the great art of sorrow I mean I have when people think it's a large family I have 7 children. Who are traditionally we didn't just a normal sized family down and sad you know. To see to the loss of family you know cuz it's own ends no Uncle Tony says or not he's both of us living so much in my life why would last a little bit Sheedy when there's just a lot of children big families and you going back to the medical profession you know I chose I decided 17 I want to dedicate my life to do just one thing and that was. Just Going To everyone to know that I have to go and then legal protection for the child in the womb for the balance of abortion so we're going to move around and literally don't my path through it or my family's living situation around it I can wait tables and why I have to run my apostle it because I'm never going to stop and it's to. Take a very perspective case and we have to take a little bit of a break if you want to find more out about the Catholic Medical Association you can you can e-mail you go to a Web site contact us and we'll connect you Jason Jones the founder of movie the movement the producer for a ballot or said there were many other words when he shows and really I would say man he hits me more than just about anybody whether one of the best friends I have in the world and really needed in my life is that there was an adventure We'll be back with the star of our show Jason Jones. But he's recently that. What you call way. Ways Ok whatever but what I love about Jason is he is how why I to the max he's a brother hey you need you know how John 316 goes Jason and pigeon. Still got so low how the world that he gave his one and only boy that whoever believe in Him would have liked to the max and that cool. Oh yeah we love. Yeah yeah that's actually that's an official translation. So let's let's take him on a little bit tour of Hawaii for a little bit. You know there is there is something unique about the Hawaiian culture and their commitment to family it's something that isn't it and the concept of Aloha and you share that little bit of something we all could learn a lesson from. Well you know you I've reflected a lot of why why has it you beautiful culture and you have so many different cultures colliding you at least you know of course of why it is so low is tarring it is you have Filipinos you have. Japanese Chinese you have all these cultures just how these colliding the really the base of it was the gospel by the middle of the 19th century why it was the most Christian and literate society in the world Protestant missionaries from illegal and it was a period since for all their faults their periods encountered as. You know they did just your wonderful job and sharing the gospel errand and teaching literacy so I was most literate and most Christian country in the world by the middle century also the captures arrived in the early 19th century it was thriving by that militate 18th century so you have these cultures learning as an idol and learning how to deal with each other with the gospel infused other underlining all of this and it would be new waves of immigrants like the Filipinos coming to Hawaii do it and let's listen to Tito's they're very devout pious Catholics it is it is really the most beautiful if you think of certain words like. You know. The whole White is is a state that represents solidarity is who is is that the one virtue I was talking to leave the suit is quite as it is the one virtue to why it has a teach the world in the 21st century is this virtue solidarity and it's interesting travelling the world and living in Hawaii and coming back because I think that gives me an opportunity to see the virtues of our community in a way that people who live there don't travel much which is extinct it's the status quo or it's normal you know 8 percent of our marriages are interracial so I always tease my friends who marry somebody the same at. I see it's not going to be seen it is here and she's. Here you know really sure age. You know I you know when you go to Hawaii for the 1st time especially when you get to know the Hawaiians you experience something called low which means breath a lot means to give breath people who live there don't really understand how dramatic it is when my sons would go to the mainland I mean my son Shane showed up at the airport l.a.x. Any goes Ted what's going on was there a terrorist attack everybody here is really upset and I go No Shane that's just the pain land that's the mainland it's doesn't have that you know it doesn't have that sense of. Joy and peace and tranquility but there's something about the people being of the ocean more than of the you know when you're around this powerful powerful force of the ocean and Captain Cook was amazed how they would the children would play in here to a Captain Cook basically died because he didn't know how to swim and when he was. In a conflict with the Hawaiians he had to wait for a robot to come and get him but the children just played There's something about being experienced in the power of the ocean there's no place more powerful a star search goes and they know that Hawaii what it is is that to really learn takes power. Otherwise you kind of buy drinks for affection but people who love in an unconditional love come from a point of power and I see that in the white nation we see this powerful noble humble loving people and I really really miss it when I'm on the mainland. On the road for 3 weeks and my heart hurts you know I don't choose for missing my family but this is my home and yeah I knew there were 17 and immediately it was brazen except that I was the Army I did live in the barracks and that in fact Haitian housing for $200.00 and what we would in those days would have been rolling brownouts if your remember him right you have brownouts quite a bit and I got in trouble was because I didn't live in the barracks but I was those little barracks there's a brand I didn't wake up in time to 1st Kong and I because the brought up my large market out so I never never made it without a brownout my neighbors I would just wait out my neighbors await me if we had a chain of taking turns staying. So that they could wake me up so we could get in trouble they didn't tell me this and you just wake me up and get a full and you know that's that's why I wish that all people get their only we love our home well the end. And you know what I think of this ain't it Hillary Clinton of all people popularised it takes a village to raise a child the truth is your village will raise your child with you that's the truth that is a fact so you should be as selected in choosing your village as you are in choosing your spouse and that's one of the reasons after living in l.a. Because of my profession for 3 years I didn't want to know thanks a lot of the Angeles I did when I was Angela's helping to raise my children and so we moved back to why even though it means I'm a. 40 to 60 hours a month but it's worth it for me to have my children raise right that's beautiful. Has So so in this experience of your youth you're this a postulate that you're involved in the Catholic Medical Association that is that basically by the time this airs you've already spoken at. There is something that that you call it something that shows you and that is the war the battle to end abortion but you're saying it you know yes the legal elements are very important you're very involved in politics but really speaking of the village it takes a cultural change we've got about a minute before we go to break talk to us about the basic vision ability to movement and that is the need that we have to 1st change the culture. Needs ecologists you know the kind of Sophocles of Socrates. David and his room to disarm the nation and I think you're not right a lot and I think you're going to write a lie so this new movie the movie is really to tell the story of our nation tell the story of our people and what is the story. Here the accountable dignity and give here in person through that and finish it. In the interest of the vulnerable and the Christian message because the 2nd person it's really with. God became vulnerable and we are called to be like Christ which means here you live in solidarity which means shared Burns others which means to be kind of moral That's what the Apostle it is impossible is the act of choosing to leave your privilege your are your cult for instance to share the burdens to suffer to be combustible to the other and they're really doing it really hard and possibly and McConnells very simple truth indeed even person and to protect all of the violence knows no better way to do it I think it's still. And maybe you know being a speaker just this then running the country sounds nice and so it's Ok to take it all you have movie to prove it. Jason Jones on Facebook right and then yes and then the website the best one they can go to. On went and that it for today which is a Saturday after Ash Wednesday is moving n n really making a land quite significant today I'm going to borrow a quotation from the Gospel of Luke and what has happened in the Gospels is that Levi the publican was a very much a public center among the Jewish people he was a tax collector for the Romans he had been converted and Jesus went to his house later I got a reading that he had stolen from and his critics said to him Why do you drink with tax collectors and centers and Jesus said those who are well have no need of a physician or those who have. I have not come to this call the righteous. To eat and I was a bit a little bargain because by the end of the life of Jesus enemy would be these very self-righteous people who are condemning him for being with the center Jesus among the very holy people like his mother and very deep and very central sometimes very dangerous. But he was always always calling everyone to repent. Tendons and that daily prayer of repentance is a beautiful thing you know in part of my life I'm a psychologist and are always dealing with people who feel guilty and badly about themselves and I have no hasn't and telling them. Go away into a quiet corner down or kneel down and speak to God and ask them to forgive the wrong that you've done and the wrong that is in each one of us and you know that is exactly how we will be healed reality leaves out half the reality the faith that drives us from what I am giving you the whole picture real life. Courageous Catholics found in the minds of people. Every day Catholics. You can click seems to 10 pm Eastern. This is there once they come in to you from Waikiki Beach with another segment it's a beautiful day to day and like. Not a lot of weight of a normal thing that I do late in the late morning every day is I get my stand a paddle board a night I paddle out and I stand up paddle about a mile and a half a one direction there's about 9 or. Along that route and I serve 2 or 3 waves on each reef and then do a little beach workout and then paddle back from element to bowls and surf the back 9 as I call it but while I'm surfing the back 9 I pray the rosary and I pray the rosary pray a decade of the rosary for each of my children and for my wife and for anyone that special in my life if I just a great time I'm not really surfing that much on my way back I'm mostly just paddling hard against the wind and just focusing on my paddle strokes and saying the rosary I thought was Father p.o. That said the repeal that said that the rosary was his weapon and I bet with Doug Barry from life on the rock and speaking and when he's speaking his whole narrows Rayna's had he considers it his weapon to the power of the power of prayer the power of intercession and asking Mary to intercede for us is a is a is is a powerful thing remember that she's is the Mother of God And when you ask her to pray for you just like at the wedding of Canaan you know she told Jesus hey you know they're in trouble they're run out of wine and he said what does that have to do with me and then she told the servants do whatever he tells you to do and he responded to the intercession of his mother and he performed his 1st miracle if you want to see miracles in your lives especially the lives of your children and your family members pray the rosary and asked Mary to intercede for those people have seen beautiful changes in my family's life as a result of that this is Bear was like with another saying that they should. Think you're. A lot welcome back the bear wants to get better with our guest. Joe. I think it's a martial arts he's a real fighter even today he goes out to be people up and he's a real fighter in the body of Christ He said Jason. Back in the day you were a title like. Who is that guy. Oh the guy who did the crane stands. Yeah we. Would exactly like. I know but I know it's still very much like last year exactly hopefully someday you will be but actually in some sense you were because when you represented the United States in Japan in the world title you had one leg to basically was at work you almost had to do the cranes they had to fight in that and you could still see that on You Tube by the way we should post that. What was that what was that what was the name of that fight I always forget what that is it's only 4 years until get you can and it was my dream since 3rd grade I saw a documentary on country theater about just turning it in Japan every 4 years with it marching orders from all over the world to send it in Japan and see who was championing and remember telling me my teacher in 3rd grade that I was going to represent America in a real turn of it and it was you know I watched it on one of those channels that you had to read that you. Know yeah yeah yeah. Yeah yeah. I did measuring out and I wanted those channels where they had a Japanese anime so I told my teacher Mr Weiss I was going to represent America she said No you'll never do it. And I did it you know unfortunately I didn't do a good job I didn't get you know very well your your knee was damaged I mean you're pretty much you really watch but. I mean I've seen the video you were damaged before you even went into the ring you know it's pretty pretty tough but you want I want to be you and I became friends because we have a mutual person that we really admire that's best for Steven Hayes. You know he did . Say that he has a great Tadcaster I'm sorry he did. The play and you know it's what you know the ocean is for you and surfing is for you and when I was a child you know I grew up you know. You know and indeed dreaming was my state and I read books on martial arts in mice kind of the movies that I would receive in hate books the 1st American to enjoy and that I really do credit Stephen Hayes in his. Black magazine it comes to theater for really helping it is a kind of escape my world ends and you know also I think a lot of kids from homes where they feel powerless they're trying to martial arts they like martial arts movies because they always have a mentor or an older mentor who gives them which is pretty weak to powerful and that's as right as this is even a 0 and his books I would just spend hours and hours reading his books and dreaming of meeting him you know and you did get I know that you guys on Facebook right you guys did. You know I got a friend who is a real American hero who's been wounded 3 times the war on terror it just recently was in Afghanistan when it was attacked we share it how did we 1st learn. Our passion for martial arts and our session with Stephen Hayes we were kids there's a whole generation of kids raised in the eighty's boys you know were Stephen Hayes that Addicks and he and you know it's so cool I got to train with him I remember when I got my name to my 1st degree ninja black belt we were up on a mountain in Southern California and he when he gave us that we the test lasted 6 months but that particular event at sunset of the top of the Mount we thought basically all day rolling through the mountains and we ended up at sunset of the top of this mountain watching the sunset over the ocean is quite a lot of cool experience but here's what I think about the Ninja is that and I Quito is like this too and m.m.a. Is to use your opponent's energy to defeat him and some of the sometimes dodges drek the in your face biting but it reminds me a lot of what Jesus did on the cross when Satan attacked Jesus he attacked him with this the weapon of death. And you know when you knife fight it's really kind of funny because you know where the you know where the attack is coming from it come from the knife and it's kind of hysterical and you end up with that that we actually would stab people but when you die fighting in his life ends up in his lashing his own throat when he hears the anybodies which he says that he took that he killed death. By going to the cross and he captured captivity and so in in this in this age. Of the new atheism and this sort of gender confusion and and. And this this overwhelming kind of tide that we feel how do we how do we live as Christians in this world how do we how do we defeat the enemy. Can you hear me I just keep it very simple which is I pray you know what my voice was. What I wanted there is no I was no you're playing. And I was kind of my does not. Try to every evening with my voice we have a boy prayer and my son and I get together and we traded it in god we. Call it vile he would always use us to protect the weak from violence and you know my son my oldest son just got back I'm sure in Syria Iraq you got to answer prayers . About that I want to hear about that. Ok And and. As I told my Iraqi friend you know we created God puts as between a vulnerable the violent We also as the good always protect the Joes girls from violence and so this is sort of the trainer I think it is men we really just have to be conscious and bought clothes serving our community serving the vulnerable volunteer and for our pregnancy centers make yourself available to our pastors in our parish. You know just looking at your accounts and like you are there make yourself available to the local pregnancy center to help with their taxes if you're a medical professional or a doctor you can go to the pregnancy center and help them you know we deal with what you bring to the table with designers we all have something we can do if your contractor a carpenter do you use it do you ever need to flooring put it is give me a Kong and I think that's it we just have to be visually and searing vulnerable and then we become vulnerable there which one day you and I will become sick again get older and our weekend Shayler business is or whatever happens then we become vulnerable then we can graciously allow others to care for us for a while we're strong we have an obligation to share our strength with the weak and privileges with others I hate this idea that there is a check your privilege don't check your pearl it's live your privilege I think I know I'm privileged and I had a single mom kind of you know married all the time different guys. Dads and different guys but you know I was a high school dropout it was last year's class was a teen parent a lot of people would think you kind of does it mean and say all you know to it was 100 percent of privileged and literate as in the American political community and access to every opportunity in the world all this technology the world privileged and nobody could tell me different well we have to say Ok because I'm privileged with this comes duty and opportunity but in our victim society I beat the most privileged people. Cool I can complain and he tell me all the ways in which you know they're Didn't know we're not because they're real victims that our society you know some of us have suffered in real ways whether sexual abuse or physical abuse drug and things but then what happens is this gives us and. Which is a privilege to hear a teacher and you suffer from abuse as a child when you see a student you know going as students lazy or at least soon stupid you know maybe that students are suffering in real ways that harms they can't focus on their schoolwork and start really to have an opportunity have a duty to hear that privilege that the average start line is you know that's being Christ in the world is. And you know there's no greater privilege in the world than being a Catholic in the United States in America today look at you dear you started a parent cast with your son. 5 years ago now you're in the Real 100 terrestrial stations now people I was with you were the guy laughed at you when you told your what you're going to do and then you brag about what he was going to do and he didn't do anything but here you aren't hundreds of stations you don't care you're not special Any had a guy can do this right yeah I mean he's just got to do it I read a book I had dyslexia. Is we can we can all do this because firstly just acknowledging how privileged and us we are taken something that you want to do to serve others and do it. If you live in America you are privileged I mean and I'm not saying everybody but I would say 99.9 percent of people just to be in America you've been to the Middle East you've been the most all they compare that to what America just the privilege to be in America is privilege you can do something and I think one of the one exam was a good God why did you choose me to do this or why did you choose me to do that I was probably his 50th choice except I said Yes Very soon as you say and it. I did you know ask people you know. That yes yes that's right and you know I just asked my friend from Baghdad. Well listen Jason let me get back to you on that to make it back Ok because we have take a break but you have got it God is looking there's that Scripture verse and I have hope it that the eyes of the Lord look to and fro throughout the world that he might find a man whose heart is yield to him that he might strongly support him when I see men like Chase and take you know the lion and I see the Lord strongly supporting him in so many ways I've seen Jason work you know serve until he drops I know I've served until I dropped. You know just giving it all and they get and then getting back up and going to get the Lord will use you don't keep waiting for your holy enough it's a come as you are party you say Lord I'm willing and maybe not able but you could make me able by the I can crush the truth by the I could leap a wall I'd be I could bend a bald bronze it's all about what the Lord can do through you this is a bear want to get venture with I guess Jason Jones will be right back. Around a lot time for a long ride home can't remember down on the booming market. Challenge just a man a. Boner heard once about a cow bolt name alone he wanted to be a law man so he got himself deputized by the local sheriff as a posse of volunteers. To criticize the policy quite regular like and said because a fellow posse member offended him in the sheer disappointed him that he was out of the punk scene no more or support the posse no take direction from the undersheriff He chortled and hunt down bad guys and down Adams Don't you know gold turned posse and sheriffs wrote that old tattered policy manual. Funny though Boehner never cut any outlaws bench it was bushwhacking killed by dirty Dave moved off guess that's what happens when you ride alone facing evil loners like folks who say they don't need a church to be a Christian but it was the Lord's Marshall says and in spite of what the laws man says. Fact is one 3rd of the New Testament is meaningless parts in the context of Christians being a participant a member of a local church that was a tough sod buster the Apostle Paul wrote to the Corinthians that a Christian can say into this he doesn't need a church fuck a leg on the body it doesn't leave the body there there's some bag on hard things to follow in the manual can be mystifying at times and yes there's always. Never that well I think this is. The effective and evil of the fall on the lower part of the posse or even they are. Taken out by somebody wily or that. And all of the story. With us this is down on the market like the lark and. They have. A long hard Welcome to the bear wants to get venture I mean adventure got better once they could I just did something almost impossible I stopped a cascading waterfall I stopped an avalanche I grabbed a canoe and stopped it I was riding a giant wave I actually stopped Jason Jones from talking while he was on a roll he is about to share something with the said Jason Jones the founder of movie The movement peaks about one $180.00 times a year around the world he is his the advocate for the most vulnerable among us he's a super dad he's a why. He's my dear dear friend he's come to my soul and strong support many times and so Jason I'm letting the dam break again roll out what were you about to share with us. My friend Baghdad green financial guy. So look at it from a working class background you know 3 months station 5 right here. In Baghdad Iraq what did he do to make. All his. And my friend look at me again very sad and he said. There is no he could do there is no 3 here. For us no matter where you come from. There is. Every ambition an opportunity to do our. And that is beautiful and that is a privilege let is what is so great about our country and he kept links Well you know you have the privilege of information that we do like I said here every time I talk to you I was startled at how little red you all are and how much you know that because the truth is you would I mean we are college degrees when it comes to jazz you were telling time I don't know Adele a top means but if you've been called Does that mean knuckle dragger lead here or don't you know me. You know we really don't. Want to get all talking about you know I don't have a Ph d. From theology from county university in America I'm just a late Count with my past lives and and because of my privilege of being in America there's endless opportunities and you're just you're late haven't managed a library card and you can watch modern German guy you know. Listen to scatter and talks and You Tube We have all these opportunities for information and possible I said you know 70 years ago or 30 years ago to think about and when I travel I was and you pull shit out of business thousands of hours of bullshit people here read actually drive the ivory tower over my mouth don't even try to go out and so why just Yeah exactly I you know I do that morning catechism on Facebook you know the ocean sunrise with the sun rising in the ocean behind me they call that years so it's but now I'm reading out of that it's exactly what it really is right yeah if you're there you're a guy that you do to be the g. K. Chesterton by the way. Yeah whatever you know and remember you said you said you like e. K. Chesterton and I go who's that. That's shocking but you know but you got me in a course I love this book so yeah go on you're saying. But. You know all these opportunities for our nation we had and we had to gaze as pretty as we have you know we can listen to endless hours of priests and bishops and do social media and you know we can follow Crees catechism apologists and social media our opportunity for our obligation is endless literally and we can read the church fathers for like a $1.99. It's a complete works of the church fathers we live in such an incredible time with this because we live in a very sorrowful time you know I walk around Washington d.c. To spend 2 leaks there into a bunch of these high mucky muck and that is where I don't want to name drop to say who's in the really and I was texting my wife I said you know I feel so sorry for these people that he was so sorry for them because they're like beat the greyhound at the track to spend his whole life chasing a rabbit. Yeah while said wow spend your whole life chasing a big rabbit and it did deal or you know one of these men was the most the most of them in a 20th century and he was the Bob and I look at all those sorrow that this man it caused in the past 80 years and people are so great. That this poor man is spent his whole life chasing a fate around it all these people think is the fastest Greyhound and that he's the biggest fool the word last with the state that have degrees of our faith degrees of information degrees or I mean how do you be a that's going to make talk to these kids today I know when I was 17 I promise my eyes will grow to lead a force of worship I wanted abortion for her and then did and then it was my will I will do it now I don't I can't do it right I was didn't I didn't have a great education early out or I didn't have great connections I was coming up I thought pretty big this is a covert this is a return idiot students it out in real year. After a year they spent 4 years together building relationships getting to know each other to some of their going to finance summer going to going to media ideas are going to going to the service others are going to go into politics and generations go people coming out of school like I mean Rio they're going to it and abortion they're going to say in our republic they're going to say Western civilization so I just I see here surrounded by this camp is that didn't exist what 20 years ago using technology didn't exist 20 years ago we're sure champ a certain legend is sharing his love of the church in it and Jesus Christ. This is the tyrant. You know it's it's it's people say oh this the world is it has got its last. But I think that this younger generation is going to see that the emperor is where in any clubs this whole thing about the whole gender spectrum and the the the atheistic. You know the it's cool to be atheist the invasiveness of pornography I think sooner or later the sugar generation I think is going to be sinners ago no that doesn't make sense it doesn't it doesn't bode well for me or for my my friends and I think the next step for them is to go to face but it's going to be difficult for them for somebody to preach to them maybe they'll go through Buddhism or maybe go a new age or whatever but if Catholics can can approach the problem point of view of reason and bring them to the faith using reason there may be a way I think I think young Catholic people are the most. Well poised to win souls to Christ bring him through to the rational mind as close as you can to Revelation and then help them take that leap of faith but would you agree I don't think that we have to lose I don't think we've lost the fight the world is full of great examples of wars battles almost lost I just read about one today where there is a battle against. You know during the time of the depressed cotillion there that the Church of England. You know taking over England and there was a great battle that took place after that and it looked like it was lost and suddenly one of the the generals and his men on the hillside said this is the moment and they charge down the hill and they were able to win it back so many battles one against all odds don't you think we can do it don't you think it's Catholic Catholics especially our young people there's a battle to be fought and there's a battle to be one reason why the Romans lasted a 1000 years was because they lost so many battles but then went to the next battle and the next best. And they just never quit as well as the pope said Roger fortitude pressing on never quitting what would you say to our younger generation that's coming up right now yeah we need to like love our neighbor so much to the point of almost certainly should it and not interested in winning or losing and I'm interested in and sharing the gospel Jesus Christ and serving the global I want to hear it I want it I want to read a little stanza from the God of the white horse by g.k. Chesterton Yes he says but you with all the kind of Christ are going to break you have words you hardly wait in souls you hardly say when I like about that is you when you are you and only when we hardly see it as souls but we say to souls. You know I do this game here when I. It's called I called you know my good day game I played it when I'm walking around it malls or whatever c.s. Lewis said it we saw each other is the really our God protects us from seeing each other as we really are because we couldn't walk down the street without falling on our knees and od every person that we came across just tearing it. But he got to Texas to see him so I did this game where as I'm walking through the year I really try to see that to see this is that the identity you identify as your career that's subjective what does that really mean it is not a thing to do if we really are as if you were made the image of God This is who you are in the market here for its age and soon yesterday and got really good at it you've got 30 seconds to tell us is Jason you look at people and each is trying to see this is what they are the most incredible creating each person you come across there's no creature. Creature your beautiful and they are and when you walk into your foreign you're surrounded by hundreds of people wanting taxis incredible creatures you've got to be careful because you might freak people out here you got to get a look at that we're going to let him but it's so true you guys we were talking with Jason Jones we always run out of Jason he's our most frequent guest on the bear was Nick adventure by dear friend he's now bowing to me as you well should if you watch it if you're watching ally Facebook feed but Jason thank you I'm looking forward to our vet is speaking at the Catholic Medical Association of Orlando where you have a lot of people there you can be challenging them to really live their vocation in their medical profession thank you Jason movie the movement right movie but. Yes Ok you guys go to bed watch that dot com Don't forget us if you subscribe to my newsletter pair was that dot com about we got something in there about my dear friend Jason. The next time even just the rain. There was. There was. Real other exciting. Right to never see. Red. It's a. Good sign of. This is Michael chairman and chief executive. Blessings from. Global Catholic Radio Network. With complete trust that you will it gets me through the better. Missions here decreasing discovery and everlasting value to the world but this is what. The reason for our hope with other Larry Richards the talents that God has given you and he multiplied them and he'll use them for His glory. And he uses the gifts of the God of the universe for him and you multiply those get me buried that life isn't over yet and ave been using them it's time make a decision that not one of those gifts are wasted that you use that when you multiply them because that's what's important. And you bend a man of love to your wife and children know that your love them to tell them to look at you in a look in your eyes what do they see the look in your eyes. What that is. They see a man of law. They see a man of love because again as St John the cross said in the end we will be judged in love. Everyone feels lonely at times college freshman to the home bound people married with kids but the reality is the moon is a line that never existed even in the abyss before space and time there was the Trinity one God who is a communion of persons and not only is he with a man to be with angels and saints one of these are the prophet was surrounded by an army that wanted to kill him his servant was terrified until he had a vision. Forces in chariots of fire all around of the ship you might be in a hospital experiencing a broken relationship or feeling rejected because your face you're surrounded by unseen on the part of the Body of Christ connected with people all over the world struggling just as you are even if she's easy to experience the pain of isolation to the elite decibels of. Christopher real life Catholic come. On mention that intention for today which is a Saturday after Ash Wednesday is moving in on really making land quite significant today I'm going to borrow a quotation from the Gospel of St Luke and what has happened in the Gospels St Luke is that Levi the publican was a very much a public center among the Jewish people he was a tax collector for the Romans he had been converted and Jesus went to his house late I'd bag everything that he had stolen from people and his critics said to him Why do you eat and drink with tax collectors and Senate and Jesus said those who are well have no need of a position of those who have. I have not come to scald the righteous but sinners to repentance and as a bed a little bargain. Because by the end of the life of Jesus enemies would be these very self-righteous people who are condemning him for eating with the center Jesus well among the very holy people like his mother and very awful deep and very sinful people sometimes very dangerous people but he was always always calling everyone to repentance. Tendons and that daily prayer repentance is a beautiful thing you know when caught of my life on the psychologist I were always dealing with people who feel guilty and badly about themselves and I have no hazard in and telling them. Go away into a quiet corner down or kneel down and speak to God and ask Him to forgive the wrong that you've done and the wrong that is in each one of us and you know that is exactly how we this is Bill Wasserman the Maria Catholic Church in Parker Colorado and you're listening to your deputy and radio station k r c n n 60 am told there in Denver mother Mary pray for us. Is the. Global Radio. Christ is the answer John Ricardo. By. The Lord quick question to you and me right now is that what you and I are doing every single day.
