That is what we are working on right now. On the tax reform, working on the border adjustment tax that is a lot controversial. That is where he can put the pressure on the republicans to deliver. That is the biggest pay for tax reform. If the structure, part of that will be repatriation of the trillions of dollars received as we change the tax code. It could be as small as 5 or 8 charge to the Balance Sheet for the companies that could pay for a major part of the infrastructure. He spoke about a privatepublic partnership. We have never had a president do that before. There is private money, private sector guys saying there is another way to get things done, not all of it with taxpayer funds. It was an effort from his advisors in the white house to adopt a more president ial tone for one night. There is a lot of stagecraft. People expect him to behave. What was striking is that he drew so many applauses by adopting a more conventional town. They hope the positive reinforcement will get him to keep that.
