One, we his daughter by his side. Common told prayers me about his friend. This is his daughter. His daughter. Four years old. Very sad. Tells me it would be easier if the families would be able to bury their loved ones. It would give them a better closure. One man is refusing to believe his son has passed. He says hes waiting for him. This was to be the first visit to egypt. Most of the family are too heartbroken to speak. His uncle agreed to tell us of their loss. Now knowan we ask for that we have lost the most precious thing . We do not want anything. He is gone at his daughter is gone with him. Way fromage is a long paris. It is even a long way from cairo. Honest tragedy. They lost three men and a child. They were proud of the fact they had gone out into the world to earn a living. There is some comfort today that egypt had discovered some of the debris and some of the little belongings from the flight and there is a hope that eventually the bodies of the sons will be returned to this village. Step closer to happening. The air force was at searching again. When the defense minister announced the discovery. Chris we have been briefed by coordinationcue center about the discovery of body part, to seats, and luggage. At the scene of the search. Slightly to the south of where planes a signal was lost. They were mostly from france and egypt. Was mohammed. His cousin spoke of his officials of. 2000 hours in the same plane. Quentin there will be no peace until their loved ones are returned. They can fully turn their thoughts to what caused the plane to fall from a clear blue sky. Laura i spoke with quentin who is in cairo a short time ago. What is there in the wake of this crash . Quentin it is a mixed mood. There is despair. There is anger, confusion over what exactly caused this plane to crash. Seem, strange as it may there was among some of the families a sense of relief. They had been desperate to be able to honor the dead, to be able to give them a proper burial. Answer that the discovered some of the wreckage from a plane and some human remains is good. For some of those families they will be able to finally reclaim some of their loved ones and get them a proper burial. It is an important moment. The discovery of that debris also helped. It is a step closer to unraveling the mystery of what brought the plane down and were hearing from egyptian authorities that they will redouble their efforts to find a wreckage of the play and let locate the flight recorder. What are reporting from cairo. For more on the latest of elements i spoke to captain john an aviationof Consulting Firm joining me from florida. The Egyptian Navy has found debris floating in the mediterranean. What could the wreckage tell us about why the plane went down to mark this the floating debris is the first step in a long investigative process. It will help localize the search area so investigators can locate the wreckage on the ocean floor and the pattern of that wreckage in and mapping of the wreckage will begin to tell us what happened in this tragedy. Is it spread over a large area . If so there is a likelihood of an inflight breakup. If it is in a small area it is more indicative of their plane being in a single piece when it hit the water. This is the first bit of hard evidence that we have got that say ifg to definitively the airplane broke apart in flight. Once we get remote submersible vehicles to take pictures to start looking for the recorders, then we can start to understand the breakup sequence if that occurred. Suggests thatar the planes were violently and then plunged 20,000 feet before disappearing altogether. What does that suggest to you about what i have happened to the pilot . Guest this would be highly unusual for commercial airliner to perform in that way. Whether the plane was out of control or was doing some his maneuver. It makes me question the radar data itself. We need to validate that the information from that radar data is accurate. We have seen times in the past such as the malaysia 370 accident where initial radar reports of wild altitude excursions proved not to be valid. We need to make sure that the radar data from the military radar is in fact accurate. If it is then what can cause an airplane to perform in that way, it will narrow down the possibilities. Once again, did the airplane break apart in flight or was it in one piece . Laura security measures are being stepped up here at los angeles airport. How easy is it for people who are not passengers, foreground staff to gain access to a plane before it takes off . The security repercussions of this tragedy regardless of the cause are going to be significant. In everyity review aspect for all operators and countries is going to be enhanced as a result of this. The access to aircraft is carefully controlled. It is on and need to be there basis. Cleaning staffor and catering and of course the flight crews so theyll have access but it is controlled access. When airplanes arrive at the stations, they perform security checks after every flight. And itthese things changes from airport to airport as to the ease of access for ground staff particularly to get on enough of the airplanes. This is something that is not going to be looked at more closely. Laura thank you for joining us. Guest my pleasure. We need to have already gotten started. Without the money we cannot. Exactly is it we are getting so many cases now, is it to people who have traveled and been bitten by mosquitoes abroad coming back here . Just so far, yes. Violence, the ignorance, the antagonist and mentality of individuals who are locked up with ken he can be dangerous. There are some areas of the jail that do have the look of a treatment center. Those running this facility have recognized the Mental Health provision needs to be a huge part of what they do. The new warden is even a psychologist. But what they cannot change is a system that means so many people who should be treated in the community and the in a place like this. You have people who are sick, not criminals, they are sick.
