The woman who recorded racist comments made by Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling says sterling is not a racist. V. Stiviano spoke in an exclusive interview with abc news barbara walter. Is Donald Sterling is racist . No. I dont believe it in my heart. Have you heard him say derogatory things about minorities in general and blacks in particular . Absolutely. Youve heard him say derogatory things . Yes. Dont they sound racist to you . I think the things he says are not what he feels. Anyone can say anything in the heat of the moment. Donald sterling has also spoken out publicly for the First Time Since his ban from the nba. Carter evans has that part of the story. Reporter the single quote from Donald Sterling appeared in du jour a little known magazine geared towards the mega wealthy. He told the reporter i wish i had just paid her off. A rirchseference to v. Stiviano who recorded the racist remarks. Dont bring black people and dont come. Reporter on thursday ten nba team honors agreed to move forward as expeditiously as possible. Weve learned the group is you are 0 cbs News New York times poll nearly half of all americans think sterling should be forced to sell the team but our poll also shows that support is divided along racial lines. Most africanamericans, 71 , think he should be forced to sell, while only 43 of whites do but university of Southern California law professor michael chazlow says the move to eventually impact other team owners. The question is what if someone does something in the future that maybe it outrages half the country, not all of the country. Is that also going to be grounds to force somebody to sell . How far does it go . Reporter sterling is also facing another battle. Cbs news confirmed the 80yearold billionaire has been fighting Prostate Cancer for several years. Weve got game seven coming up in los angeles reporter the clippers now head into game seven with their season on the line and the teams future ownership still in down. Head koesh doccoach doc rivers. This thing has touched a lot of people and again the people that didnt do anything are being harmed. Reporter once the nba provides sterling with a copy of the written charges against. Hell have five days to reply. After that the rest of the team owners will meet within ten days to decide the next steps. For cbs this Morning Saturday carter evans, los angeles. Sean gregory is Senior Sports writer for Time Magazine and following this story closely. Good morning. Good morning. If this quote attributed to sterling is true the i should have paid her off quote, whats your reaction to that . Its not surprising. Hes got a lot of money. A way it could have went april way for him but he didnt do so and now we have what we have. Weve been hearing a lot about this vote. Its interesting to me because you read things like all of the owners are in support of silver Something Like 29. What do you think will happen behind closed doors . Especially with someone like mark cuban saying this is a slippery slope for owners. Interesting for cuban. After the punishment tweeted he supports adam silver 100 . Owners are realizing if they vote against kicking out sterling its a huge Public Relations problem for them if it leaks out you voted for what seems like almost 100 racist. You saw what v. Stiviano said, that she doesnt believe hes a racist. How does that affect this do you think . I mean you know their relationship protection, who knows what its going on there. The bottom line adam silver has said these views are public. He said what he said. Hearing is believing. What about the litigation . People have said this could be like arod. Will we see a really long battle here . Donald sterling is the nba commissioner gives broad powers to kick sterling out of the game. Sterling will probably fight. He doesnt seem to have much recourse under the bylaws and federal courts have shown they dont like to get involved in sports fights intramural squabbles, as we saw in the arod case. Meanwhile, still a basketball game to be played. The clippers play game seven tonight. What do you expect from them . I think the clippers were distracted in game four when it first came out. They go home to game five, were motivated. The penalty came out. Yu saw the fans get behind them. I think theyre going to win dont. They lost game six in golden state, not a surprise. But i would not being shoulded if this becomes kind of a motivating factor. The other thing, this has been an unbelievable nba playoffs. Five game sevens in the first round. The prior record was two. Its overshadowing all the great basketball as well. A new cbs news poll that shows a majority americans think a heavy fine and lifetime ban appropriate punishment but divided about whether to sell. He stands to get a lot of money if he sells . The ultimate punishment he sells the team. At the end of the day, he cashes in. Interesting to see if the all mill sale is meted out, he could probably sell them for 700 million. The Milwaukee Bucks sold for a lot. The clippers could go for a lot more. Try to give it away . To restore his legacy . Or just cash in and live the rich mans life and thats punishment, at the end of the day. All kinds of complications here and sadness. How long do you think, quickly, this will play out . Theres some process, five days here. Ten days here. I think pretty quickly. The nba has rules and bureaucracy but they have to move quick. If it goes into the start of the next season talkss boycotts the nba doesnt want. Adam silver heard the players voices. This is a players league. Almost 80 of the players are africanamerican. So theyre not going to stand for this. The sterling controversy will be a major topic tomorrow morn on face the nation. Including mayor Eric Garcetti richard williams, father of tennis stars venus and serena and host of cbs sports nfl today. Were e have been treated as good as possible. This is a miserable situation. Reporter it was a rare piece of good news in a conflict that is now spreading across this country. Most casualties came after a building where prorussian activists were hunkered down caught fire. Reportedly because of molotov cocktails thrown inside. In the east of the country, the Ukrainian Military launched an offensive to take back a city under the control of militants for almost a month. Those are currently scheduled to take place later this month. Anthony . Thanks. House republicans are again pressing the Obama Administration over the attack on the u. S. Consulate in benghazi libya in 2012. Speaker john boehner is forming a select committee to investigate disclosures this week that show the add min strigs misled the American People. Mark al enter the in our Washington Bureau with more. Reporter good morning. Speaker john boehner as recently as last month saw no reason for such a highprofile committee, but changed his mind this week and announced it just hours after a different House Committee subpoenaed secretary of state john kerry to testify. The rapid fire kerry subpoena in special select Committee Announcement on friday capped off a week that saw the release of a previously unseen white house email written by Deputy National security adviser ben rhodes. It was sent in the days after the 2012 attack which killed u. S. Ambassador Chris Stephens and three other americans. Republicans call the email a smoking gun that shows the white house wrongly blamed an antiislamic video, putting, they say, political damage control over the facts. None of them think its a video. None of them. The military the cia, the cia station chief. The state department. All of them the facts at the time mr. Chairman the facts, do not point to a video. That only comes from the white house. Reporter the email only came to light after a lawsuit by the conservative Watchdog Group Judicial Watch. Speaker boehner said the administrations withholding of documents is a flag grant violation of trust and forces us to ask the question what else about benghazi is the Obama Administration still hiding . Everything looked at ad nauseam by multiple committees. Whats the point . Reporter the spokeswoman said taxpayer dollars would be wasted on a select committee and there is no evidence of an administration coverup. I am confident that what the republicans allege that there was some attempt by this administration to cover up or spin what happened is 100 false. Reporter republican senators john mccain, Lindsey Graham and kelly ahut called an harry reid to join the house investigation, but thats unlikely. Reed reid issued a statement calling it a political circus and dismissing it as yet another political food fight. Anthony . Mark albert in washington. Thanks. The federal governments latest jobs report held good news for out of work americans and the u. S. Economy. Em plois addedadded em lawyerployers added job. Lowest since the fall of 2008. Talk it over with the cbs news contributor and analyst in San Francisco. Melanie, good morning. Good morning. Is this just a bounceback from a sort of a oppressed winter or is this really the economy taurn turning the corner . I think both. There definitely was pentup demand because the winter was so harsh all over the country. Thats for sure. But the other part of it is i think i can give you a qualified, yes, that the economy is turning the corner. This jobs number was much bigger than anyone expected. The qualified part is that we also saw 806,000 people leave the workforce and take our Labor Participation rate to a 36year low. Thats the bad side of this jobs story. If ive learned anything from listening to you and anthony, the types of jobs are just as important as the number itself. What kinds of jobs were added . Actually that is goodness. Of the jobs the vast majority were private sector with 15,000 jobs that were government. Of the private sector jobs 105,000 of them were professional services engineering, health care. Higher paying jobs that are aun considered white considered collar. Just 68,000 the lower paying food service or retail jobs that generally dont push the economy ahead. Melody, when job seekers see a number like this a strong number 288,000 jobs created what does that do to the psychology of the lab are market, do you think . I actually think this is really important because i said this Labor Participation rate is at a 36year low. I think well see fits and starts on this job story, because i think people are going to see the overall number drop and say, the environment is much better. I should get back in it and try to get a job, which will take the Unemployment Rate up again. So we may see back you know two steps forward, one step back but overall for the psychology of the average person watching the Unemployment Rate drop especially from the high we saw at 10 during the worst of the crisis is a very very very good thing. Its obvious this report was good. How much on the Employment Firm . A lot further. Within an ear shot but still certain areas, minorities in this country still have double digit unemployment and the less educated you are, the more likely you are to be unemployed in this country. Nice to have good news. In San Francisco this morning, thank you. It is time to show you some of this mornings headlines. It is time now for morning round joining us chief medical correspondent and cbs news contributor dr. Holly phillips. First up a new report on medical marijuana. 21 states and the District Of Columbia allow it. Until now, little is know whether it can treat neurological disorders. A new stid yudy. What does it say . First put it in context. Theres a new study because theres a drug being legalized by voter, state by state, not the fda. Its not gone through the usual fda process which is rigorous looks for side effects, what are the dosage risks and benefits . So the American Center of neurology looked at neurological problems. Looked at multiple sclerosis, it was effective ivive for treating muscle spasms and pain. And for epilepsy and caesars. Does seizures. It did. Not fechter for controlling abnormal muscles and movement you can get in muscles in people with parkinsons. Not enough evidence to say whether it was effect ish for trying tics of seizures and epilepsy. A caveat. Not that it wasnt effective. There wasnt enough evidence. This points to the fact its been decades weve had the opportunity to study this and havent because its illegal, and really shame on us in terms of the medical profession that we havent been able to figure out what the effects of it are, what the risks and benefits are and now medical organizations like the American Academy of neurology scrambleing to do the studies. Research trying to catch up to the possible promise of the drug. Also this week the firstever National Report on physical activity for kids gives the u. S. A long list of failing grades. Discouraging news. A really bad report card. This is information presented at the congressional fitness caucus on capitol hill, and it was really to give a broad look to policymakers how were doing getting our kids moving and kids fitness overall. A report card you really would not want to bring home ever. So the kids got a d minus for overall physical activity because only 25 of them are up and doing moderate physical activity for an our a day. A d in sedentary behavior because more than half of the day for kids between 6 and 15 is spent sitting. And also another highlight, an f for active transportation because very few kids less than 12 , actually ride their bike or walk to school. Wow. Is there a particular group of kids, though, that seems to be most atrisk for getting those kinds of grades . Girls are more at risk that boys and actually they get less activity as they get older. That probably has to do with theyre less likely to participate in organized sports after school. But really this is just a tremendous wakeup call. It was the firstever report card to be presented in this way. So we really need to focus on improving the grades essentially for next year. Address the problem at this point. Anyone who eats an apple a day, a list of what it calls the dirty dozen. Apples are among the top five fruits and vegetables that contain low levels of pesticides. Even after washing or peeling. The authors say eating organic produce loyers the ers ters ersers ersers lowers the risk, but pineapples avocados or cantaloupe. The benefits outweigh the risks of chemical exposure. And in many couples wedding vows, however a new study from the university of michigan found a risk of divorce among older couples rises when the wife not the husband, gets seriously ill. Whats happening here . Not sure exactly, but what the study was, they studied people who had been married at least 20 years of marriage. People were over the age of 50 and they looked at various diseases. Almost 3,000 marriages they looked at heart disease, lung disease, stroke and cancer. And they found that 31 of the couples had a divorce in that period of time. If you look at the people who got sick it turned out when the woman got sick, that increased the risk of getting a divorce. If the guy got sick there was no increase from usual rate in divorce. I thought it was interesting, though, that the women were more often the ones filing for divorce according to all of this. So whats happening . Holly holly, why are women the most at risk for getting the divorce or doing divorce . This study look at it directly. When women got sick because of gender roles in society, we think. Women are the caregivers for kids, for the elderly, for sick people in general, and so when those roles are switched within a relationship it can create stress. If the man gets sick its a more natural progression within the relationship for the woman to take care of him than when the women get sick it can really turn a relationship on its head. Unfortunate but probably one of the factors. Fortunate for us. They did point out that unfortunately they didnt know who initiated the divorce. Right. Its not surprising that would be a factor, what you said. Finally this week there was exciting news about a way to regenerate muscle tissue in patients with traumatic injuries. Don met the doctors behind the breakthrough. Reporter ten years ago a ski accident nearly destroyed the lower mf of Nicholas Clarks left leg. Anytime a stook took a step any stride on that left leg, i was wobbling. Those were things that werent going to get better. Reporter but they did. I want to ask about his personal life. Hes been involved in several Domestic Violence cases and served jailtime. How has none of that affected his empire . Its affected him in some ways but hes revillient and addressed things straight up. Instances with women involved with, he tells it the way it is. Hes straight out there and thats reflected and the fans really like that. He said earlier this week that hes interested in buying the clippers. Everybodysest tred in buying the clippers. Right. Is that a possibility, do you think . Its interesting. I think, you know when youre an individual athlete you have control over everything. When you go to a team sport, there is revenue sharing. You dont have as much control. Could Floyd Mayweather be part of a conglomerate that puts something together to buy the clippers . Maybe. I think the money will come from outside of the United States. I dont think youll see just an american buyer and not an individual who buys the clippers, if and when it happens. Hes a courtside figure. Maybe its a possibility. Whats next for this guy . Is there an arena he hasnt conjured . Youll continue to see social media grow licensing grow. The centers for disease reports the deadly mrsa virt receives the United States. And that is with middle east respiratory syndrome. Mrs for short. A close are look and find out how dangerous it is. Joining us jeffrey klugger Senior Editor for Time Magazine. Good morning. Good morning. How concerned should we be . The numbers by themselves arent too terrifying yet. There have been 400 cases since 2012. 320 of them in saudi arabia. The problem is the death rate is 94 of those 320 cases. Because theres no theres no cure and theres no treatment for this disease yet. Its been linked to bats and camels. How did it come to humans . It came to humans, species jumping is a different thing, but when it happens, it means that the virus adapts comfortably across species lines. Now, once it gets to it, transmits human to human the way colds do. Airborne but unfortunately left on doorknobs, what you see with colds and flus. The world health korgsorganization in a new report warns cases could spike during the spring. Why would that happen . Because more camels are born during the spring simply increases the camel population. Also we know that certain viruses simply do better in certain seasons. Think of polio in the summertime and colds and flu in the winter. Its hot or its cold or wetter or drier. Those particular viruses adapt to those conditions. One other headline in that report mentioned that caught everyones attention here on newsroom. Heading for a postantibacteria era, common infections and minor injuries can once again kill. What does that mean . Antibiotics, the first developed in 1928. We havent, penicillin. We havent developed a great many since then and have overused these to the point that the bacteria themselves are evolving around them. So were developing antibiotic resistant medications that simply can hit back or antibiotic resistance bacteria that can hit back at the drugs that are being thrown at them. So what does that mean in terms of as you mentioned, theyre so common now. In many cases people go to them too quickly. What do we have to do . A lot of things. Doctors must prescribe more judiciously and cant be yielded to patients, i want to feel better. Give me a more powerful antibiotic. Patients must take the entire cycle of the drugs. If you stop when you feel better youre selecting for the handful of those bugs that survive the first assault and releasing those superbugs into the world. It seems theres no new drugs . I mean in this arena, are doctors lacking in research in creating new types of antibiotics . Yeah. We havent had a new category of antibiotics in 30 years and thats the problem. So the common diseases that are being effected by this diarrheal diseases urinary tract, staph infections neonatal infections now 50 failure rates in lastlying treatments for certain diseases like certain pneumonia pneumonias and certain gonorrheas, people left with absolutely no medical or pharmaceutical answer to their condition at all. Its scary . Yes. Too much of a good thing and we do have to be taking these drugs using them nor judiciously and finally when people dont finish them do not flush them down the toilet, because youve introduced drugs into the water system, and that actually gives us a lowlevel background exposure to drugs we shouldnt be taking. Quickly what is proper disposal . Take them back to drug stores where theyre disposed of properly and also when you get that drug cycle, you shouldnt throw any away. After all, if you get 30 pills, take 30 pills until the bottle is empty. Thank you so much. About nine minutes amp the hour. Now heres a look at the weather for your weekend. [ woman ] and i love new orleans in the 1960s, Atlantic Records released some of the most memorable pop hits of the 20th century written or produced by legend as phil spector and others. For more than four decades one of the best hitmakers was all but forgotten by Music History until now. You may not know his name but you certainly know his songs. Ooshgs shake it up baby now reporter bert berns wrote and produced some of the 60s great et hits for groups like the isley brothers. Work it on out reporter songs that would be remade over and over in the rock n roll era. Bert bern grew up in the bronx just a few miles, but a world away from broadways his factories. Romantic fever contracted during childhood severely damped berns heart. He was told he wouldnt live to 21. But by age 30 berns had broken into the record industry. He began at Atlantic Records, working alongside found the founder and a producer who coined the phrase rhythm and blues. He infused african cuban mambo with r b creating a more sultry and savage sound than contemporaries. Feel like cryan reporter in seven short years bert berns had 51 years on the charts produced for acts like the drifters and started his own record label, bang records where he signed undiscovered talent by van morrison and neil diamond. After years in the shadows berns is the subject of a new book, and upcoming Broadway Musical and a documentary film. But for all the accolades, berns former ties to organized crime common at the time in new yorks cutthroat r b music scene, turned many friends into mortal enemies. How you feel reporter in the end berns turned increasingly to writing songs about his damaged hearts in 1967 he recorded piece of my heart with Erma Franklin arethas sister. Didnt i give you everything that a woman possibly can reporter he died a few months later. A year before janis job lynn made it the hit so many recognize today. Take another little piece of my heart now baby awardwinning writer george spent 16 years researching his book. Here comes the night. Joe, good morning. Good morning, anthony. What made you so fascinated with bert berns . He is a very complicated figure. I ran across a reference to the records. A book that was the history of rock n roll and immediately recognized a common element. Tremendous despair, pushing singers to the edge of heartbreak and urgency that was just uncommon in a references that kind and when i started hearing little bits of the story, the bad heart, the gangster stuff, i just started following him, and people didnt know much about him. Id run across somebody who knew him and getalities piece here and a little piece there. Interesting to me you spent 16 years researching a clear was about 7 years long. Thats been pointed out to me. What did you find most fascinating about him . Because theres so much. You mention the mafia, health issues. What was really fascinating . Afrocuban music, a huge part of his thing. I spent a long time studying cuban music to come up to speed on it. The whole world of the early 60s, new york independent record scene. Two office buildings, the brill bidding in 1650 broadway a handful of people turning out all of these great records. It was an incredible time. A golden era. You talk about the fact that these songwriters, one obvious obviously, didnt think of themselves as artists as hitmakers . Right. Thats all they cared about. Hit records. There was an industrial mandate. No sense of, you know artists. I asked Ellie Greenwich about that. She said we would never write about ourselves, but, of course who else are you going to write about . With berns, it was tears. It was crying. And then towards the end when his symptoms became more pronounced he began writing about his heart. All he had was the line take it. Take know little piece of my heart. And he brought it to van. Van morrison right. And then he took it too clob his collaborative and dut with arethas sister erma and berns was dead within four to five months. The mafia connections to me are also fascinating. How did the Music Industry respond to that and why did he have so many mafia associations . You have to understand. Those guys were all over the scene in the beginning. Berns developed friends and associates in that field, and he used the mob to muscle the guys in Atlantic Records. Muscle them out of a partnership he was in with them. He scared the heck out of neil diamond, van morrison. You suggest there are people in the business who, in a sense, tried to almost write him out of the history of music . No question. Wexler and others wanted this guy out of Atlantic Records history. What does neil diamond have to say . Neil diamond wont mention the guy the name. Minor notes to the wrote a couple years ago, up for a grammy thanked this guy, that guy. Doesnt even mention the guy who signed him the record deal changed the title of his first hit song to cherry, cherry, sang on every record, produced everything and mixed every record, and rescued that guy from a scrap heap. Hed been around town for years and nobody knew him and nothing hadnt amounted to anything. Ended up living longer than they thought he was going to but carried his doom like a cloud around his shoulders . Yeah. I think for bert berns, the single definitive part of his life was that heart problem. That it just pushed him and prodded him and drove him. In seven years he went from the a fairly untalented mediocre song writer to the top of the record business, president of his own label. Number one hits. Songs, writer, record producer. Music publisher, and made a fortune, lived in a penthouse and stuck a fishbowl full of realty checks because he was too busy to get to the bank. Did it seven years. You cant imagine the kind of drive and ambition it took. I feel in this music and his songs i feel that heart just prodding him along and he knows that his time is just over any ay now. The book here comes the night. Thanks so much for being with us this morning. Thank you. Appreciate it. Up next if a museum could make a wish it might want a big guy like this trex. Finally after many years of waiting, the smithsonians Natural History museum is getting its own nearly complete tieyrannosaurus rex. Reporter for this 9yearold a visit to the Natural History museums fossil hall was the highlight of a family trip to washington, d. C. See fossils every day, especially trex. Reporter in fact this Tyrannosaurus Rex is a rep lake kaw. For years it tried to acquire a real trex skeleton and they finally did when one of the most complete trexs in the world arrived from montana, discovered 25 years ago. The museums director and a paleontologist himself shared a 9yearolds excitement for trex. There we go. Wow. Heres the ball joint, put into the hip. And the top of the knee. This is actually the real thing. Skull, about 4 1 2 feet wide. Huge. My head would be a cocktail peanut for a Tyrannosaurus Rex. Reporter he says the size and veracity makes trex a source of endless fascination. A real big love of dinosaurs mean as love of museums, a love of kurtty, tycuriosity, understanding of science and learning. Reporter some of that learning will have to wait. Last weekend fossil hall was closed for a fiveyear renovation renovation. It will take that long, the museum says to repair and meticulously reassemble 2,000 fossils and skeletons including the new trex. Well scan it three dimensionally and make a digital model of the trex and use that digital model to find the best lifelike pose and build a steel arm armature to display. Elementary extraordinarily successful. Congratulations. Thank you. The third season. What do you think about breaking the traditional roles . Because youre dr. Watson. Any more of them . I hope so. I think its not just about gender but also about crossing the racial boundaries and opening up for, you know being color blind in casting. An important thing and i think a very a challenging thing for hollywood and it continues to be, and its nothing that you want a billboard but you wa want to fight for those things and break the codes. What do you mean the type casting that goes on . I think sometimes they think it should just be caucasian or should just be you know africanamerican or black, you know, or asian, and this a lot of political you dont want to cross the boundaries, mix race, but if you look at children now they look like they are sort of a combination of so many different things. You dont really know what they are. And i think its much more we live in new york city. Its much more relaxed. You see it much more often, but i think in other places you continue to see that and its not as comfortable and its becoming a great right now i think its really something that is very sensitive and you see that in the news whether its in nevada or whether its in you know, in the nba. Theres a lot of things causing a lot of friction. Doing all that do you, do you still have time to paint . I do. I still am doing art. Still working on that. I think its a form of expression. So when i have time if im not thinking about directing or if im acting its something i can do without annoying other people to get involved. The lucy liu, a hit tv star. We begin this half hour with one of americas favorite underdogs. Raising his arms in triumph again, but not in philadelphia. This time on broadway. Yes. Rocky, a musical, based on the 1976 movie person tanked representing rocky in a whole new light. Reporter since its premiere in 1976 rocky has been an icon of the american working class hero. So when Sylvester Stallone decided to remake his oscar winning movie into a musical, even the shows director, alex timers wondered rocky, a musical . Sounded to me and to the writers like an unlikely idea. Then when you think about rocky, the love story with boxes as a background, you start to see the possibilities. Reporter so in 2012 stallone and timbers took the italian stallion to europe and after a successful twoyear run in germany this is show number 56. Did you know that . Oh, my gosh. Reporter rocky is on broadway. Still feels like we just recently opened. Its great. The sets still, like i guess looking kind of run down as its supposed to. This is rockys apartment right here. Reporter at 35 alex timbers is already a veteran of broadway drawing a claim for shows ranging from bloody bloodsy Andrew Jackson to the peewee herman show. Still, timbers was an underdog to lead rockys revival. When you were diving into this project, had you seen the rocky movies . No i hadnt seen it. Reporter how did you do that . How did you come prepared if you hadnt seen the movie . An asset. Treat the script by a dramatic text. Spent pictures pulling this is what boxers look like what philadelphia looks like. I came in and said, this is what my version of rocky based on your script would be. Reporter this week rocky was nominated for four tony a awards including best actor for his portrayal of rocky balboa. Playing iconic roles that people have expectations but the wonderful thing about working with alex and making sure that we dissect the scenes is that they become our own. Reporter what sets rocky ay part, the interchangeable parts of its set designed by german engineers. The whole thing moves on a gantry crane, like loading docks that move giant containers on to ships. It can mook upstage, down stage, the left to the right and come in and flip on its side so that you can project on to the front of the ring. What was the most challenging thing about putting this production together for you . I think one of the things that you know we really grappled with was how do you represent the fight at the end . Reporter yes. How do you make it have integrity in the sense its not some sort of theatrical boxing . And then is there any world in which you could have the audience feel like theyve fallen in love with rocky and adrian and now are able to enter the narrative . That was the idea to bring the ring into the audience. Reporter like the movie, the musical ends with a 20minute championship fight sequence. Audience members in the front rows are relocateded onstage, so the ring can take center stage. To make the stage go out over the audience we had to drill into bedrock down below the theater to be able to support the weight of the stage and the ring and the audience together. Reporter its a theatrical style used in his other shows. The moment we met reporter here, live love the philippines Imelda Marcos premiered this thursday. Its a lot to deal with, with the rocky legacy and the 16. 5 million budget. Do you feel pressure . Of course. A lot of money at stake and more importantly the story people hold dear to their hearts this personal relationship to you want to do it justice yet not just create the movie onstage. Something theatrical and fresh. Theres a reason to be remaking this story. Reporter now i grew up with rocky movies. It was really fun to see this new perspective. The lead actors by the way, have great chemistry and the fluidity of how those sets change really does bring art and engineering to a whole new level. Its really neat to watch. Amazing. Looks amazing. I have to ask, though rocky singing . Does he lose the slagger we associate with him . It a different perspective. Alex timbers brings it to this. He still has an essence of rocky. The old, yo were adrian thing, that was fun. It really took me back. The idea of the ring going out into the audience is amazing. Awesome. Awesome and gutsy of alex timbers. Look ot for him. Just last week the restaurant just opened up. Whats it been like for you . Youre well versed in opening restaurants, i would say. Its good. You know you forget how hard it is to open a new restaurant. Whats the hardest part . The time finding the right people to do the job. Making sure the quality of the food is good. The service is good. When most people hear your name they associate you with crudo. How did that idea come . The idea starts on croatia along the adriatic coast, went to a place and they had raw fish. Most people think of raw fish soy sauce and wasabi. Here it was seasalt, lemon and olive oil. Which i think, based on something i read from you, those are sometimes the most important ingredients. Really good olive oil. Really good does that enhance the flavor of the fish . You start with great fish and then you add, like really good salt, because theres a great difference in the quality of salts. Minerality texture, where it comes from. Olive oil is very complex. Nutty, almonds, cut grass. Artichoke artichokes. Sometimes you taste pineapple, citrus. Its like wine. You waited 14 years to open this restaurant. Is there a reason you waited so long . You know i was happy doing still happy doing what im doing. I just felt it was time. One of your good friends, Anthony Bourdain said that you are the kind of guy, the last guy to open a restaurant thats of the moment. One of the things a lot of people credit you with is really just cooking clean food thats not egotistical. Where does that come from . Its from the product. Look at a steak a great steak. Do you really need to put something on top of it . Same with a piece of fish. You have to be inspired by the piece of fish. The quality of the seafood. Well im going to hand you this dish. I hand it to you to get your signature, could you have this meal with ninganyone past or present, who would it be . My family. My daughter. A big table. Absolutely. You need a large group of people. In clinical trials, most adults with moderate to Severe Plaque Psoriasis saw 75 skin clearance. And the majority of people were clear or almost clear in just 4 months. Blood, liver and nervous system problems, serious allergic reactions and new or worsening Heart Failure have occurred. Before starting humira, your doctor should test you for tb. Ask your doctor if you live in or have been to a region where certain fungal infections are common. Tell your doctor if you have had tb, hepatitis b are prone to infections, or have symptoms such as fever, fatigue cough, or sores. You should not start humira if you have any kind of infection.
