A video surfaced showing the students chanting a racist song. Another video shows the 78yearold house mother repeatedly saying the same racial slur in 2013. Jericka is at the house in oklahoma. Reporter good morning. We interviewed Beauton Gilbow. We were doing a story about the employees losing their jobs here. She reacted to the video of the members chanting racial slurs. It appears her own words are setting the internet ablaze. [ bleep ]. Reporter this video which surfaced last night appears to feature Beauton Gilbow the 78 house mother known as mom bee. In the 2013 video posted on the vine web site gilbow was seen wrapping the lyrics to the song including the n word. On wednesday she was seemed to show shock of the students using the same word on the bus. There will never, never been a [ bleep ] at sae. I heard the words. Unbelievable. This is not sae. Reporter because of that video, the sae house has been ordered closed. After 15 years of living in the back room of the house, gilbow says she has no job and no place to live. What do you do now . This has been my family. I cannot imagine tomorrow. Not waking up here . Im very disappointed. Very ashamed and embarrassed. Reporter all those who live in the Sigma Alpha Epsilon face a deadline of midnight tonight to move out. The fraternitys National Headquarters closed the chapter and suspended all of its members. Hundreds of students marched on the campus of the university of oklahoma still reeling over what was recorded aboard that bus. Somebody should have stood up. Reporter on monday the greek letters were removed from the homes brick facade as the moving fans assembled outside the fraternity house, the universitys president stood alongside the ou students. I dont have words to describe how i feel about people who use those words in that way and chant in that way. Reporter we spoke to gilbows son. He says his mother is not racist. The executive office of the sorority is investigating to see if the ou members were involved in the first video. Thank you. Her staff told reporters the former secretary of state has a planned meeting at the United Nations. Clinton only used private email for official business. Critics say that violates government Record Keeping laws and could have caused a security breach. In washington, democrats denouncing a letter to iran signed by the 54 republican senators. This mornings New York Daily News headlines calls those traitors. The letter undercuts president obama and negotiators. Nancy cordes spoke with the senator who wrote the letter. Nancy, good morning. Reporter he says he was merely trying to educate the iranians on how the u. S. Constitution works, but democrats say it sends mixed messages to the allies and our enemies. In fact one top german publication called it sabotage. In their open letter to iranian leaders, 47 republicans warned in a deal is struck with secretary of state john kerry, the senate must ratify it by a 2 3 vote. Otherwise the next president could revoke it. The Senate Democrats accuse the republicans of trying to sabotage. This letter is a hard slap in the face of not only the United States but allies. Reporter irans foreign minister called the letter propaganda and expressed astonishment that some members of the u. S. Congress find it appropriate to write letters to another country against the president. The only thing is the president negotiating a Nuclear Agreement without congressional approval. Reporter senator tom cotton wrote the republican letter. Shouldnt the iranians get one message from the entire u. S. Government . The message we are sending is the congress is not going to allow them to get a nuclear weapon. Reporter the Congress Warns that this will temporaryily blocked agreement. President obama was asked about it yesterday. I think it is somewhat ironic to see some members of congress wanting to make common cause with the hard liners in iran. One told us at this point in the negotiations republicans should share concerns directly with the white house, not with iran. Testimony resumes in the Boston Marathon bombing trial. For the first time jurors saw images yesterday that led the fbi to the tsarnaev brothers. Witnesses shared injuries and loss. The expert yesterday talked about the clips the fbi gathered to create timeline of the movements on marathon day of the tsarnaev brothers. At the time of the investigation, the brothers were only known as black hat and white hat. The chilling video shows tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev moving through boylston street looking to plant the bombs. Cell phone records show him placing a 19 second call to his brother tamerlan. Seconds later, the spectators looked left. Freezing at the sound of the explosion. Dzokhar takes off before the second blast. More images captured the younger tsarnaev darting away as victims lay scattered and bleeding. Among them jessica kinsky. She was watching the race with her husband. I was focused on my husband next to me. His foot was detached. A man came over as i was trying to fumble and put a tourniquit on patrick. Jurors heard from the close friend of lindsey lei. Cried on the stand as she described how she had to clutch her organs following the blast. She did not find out for days that her friend passed away. Tape shows him calmly buying milk at a whole foods store in cambridge. The next day, more video captured him visiting his university gym. Prosecutors also presented a series of tweets taken from Dzhokhar Tsarnaev to twitter accounts. He talked about the glories of martyrdom and expecting to die young. Joints chief of staff visited baghdad on monday. Martin dempsey said he is a bit concerned the International Coalition against isis may not Stay Together for the long term. One in tikrit and the other in kirkuk. U. S. Led air strikes are used in one of the fights. That may be a decisive factor. In the villages around tikrit, this is the best fighting force iraqs leaders can muster. A matched together army of government soldiers and tribesmen. U. S. Led air strikes have been important in other battles on isis. There is no other direct u. S. Involvement in tikrit. Iraq has turned to iran for help with iranian officers on the ground reportedly commanding shiite muslim militias. The fight for tikrit is slow. To the northeast in Kirkuk Province Kurdish Forces made a lightning assault on isis positions yesterday. They claimed to have retain 40 square miles of territory. Isis is countering the attacks with vehicles like this one converted into bulletproof truck bombs. The Kurdish Forces say they destroyed four of them with antitank missiles. Operating independently from baghdad and closely allied with the u. S. The kurdish fighters coordinate american air strikes from the ground. In their sights is the town where isis recently paraded, captured and caged kurdish fighters. Kurdish commanders have repeatedly told us how important those u. S. Ambassador to south korea walked out of of the hospital five days after the knife attack. Mark lippert vows not to give up. The ambassador needed 80 stitches to his face. This crowd of frustrated protesters crammed into a hallway to speak with madison mayor. Michael johnson, the president and ceo of the boys and girls clubs of dane county said the community, which is 5 africanamerican has its challenges. 44 of the people who are housed in our county jail are africanamerican. Reporter since the shooting the Madison Police department is working with Community Leaders encouraging peace and patience as state and county officials investigate the killing. Our kids they are not looting, they are not flipping over cars. They are voicing concerns. Reporter on monday Madison Police chief mike kovalt posted an apology to his blog. Reconciliation cannot begin without my stating im sorry. I cannot say this enough. I am sorry. Yesterday, robinsons uncle standing alongside the 19yearolds parents, addressed reporters outside the home where his nephew died. We appreciate the police. We understand the necessity for them. That does not excuse what happened. We want to know the facts of the matter and nothing else. Reporter funeral arrangement arrangements for robinson have not been set. On wednesday, the state attorney general released a statement saying they are working with mr. Robinsons family and will have ongoing contact with them throughout the course of the investigation. Thank you, dean. At least 55 people aboard an amtrak train are recovering this morning after it collided with a truck on a crossing. Cell phone video shows the tractortrailer stalled on the tracks. You can see the train pile into it. It happened in hallifaxhalifax, north carolina. The train and two cars derailed. The train conductor is among those hospitalized today. Most injuries were minor, but one described as more serious. A new york city man is arrested accused of aiming a laser at an airport. Frank egan faces multiple charges. The planes were taking off landing at laguardia. Two pilots were hospitalized with eye injuries. Officers found a black device laser 303 in the suspects home. The plane may have had a a brake problem. No one was seriously hurt. Documentary series sparking interest in an unsolved murder. The main suspect is the son of the new York Real Estate developer. 48 hours has reported on durst for more than a decade now. Good morning. Detectives have been chasing leads in the investigation for years and the case was never officially closed but after the latest episode of the jinx on hbo the case is back in the headlines once again. Susan bermans body was found in her house on Christmas Eve in 2000 shot once in the back of the head and there were no signs of struggle. Retired detective, the lead investigator for more than a decade says Police Received an anonymous letter. Addressed Beverly Hills police department. That letter became part of the story on sunday. A different letter was discovered. This one written by robert durst. The similarities were striking. The address written in the front is exactly the note. It was clear enough i might be dancing with the devil. Reporter the discovery adds to the body of evidence all circumstantial pointing to durst. Police have compared the cadaver letters to all different samples. Was that the moment you compared, the moment when he became top of the list of suspects . He jumped up. Just the totality of things but that note put him right up at the top. Reporter they were very good friends. Police say berman likely knew her killer but durst denied he killed berman and was never charged charged. At the time of the murder durst was in california but says he was hundreds of miles away. The police have been investigating and are unable to put him in los angeles. They were able to put you in california. California is a big state. Reporter bermans friends still have doubts. They think after many years of friendship berman may have learned too much about the fate of dursts first wife who mysteriously vanished. Durst was not charged in that case but was put on trial for the death and dismemberment of his neighbor. Durst claims self defense. We the jury find the defendant robert durst not guilty. Reporter some are saying durst have gotten away with murder. Do you think you know who killed susan berman . I am pretty confident it is robert durst. He wasnt always the main suspect. For a time there was speculation that berman may have been the victim of a mob hit. She was also deeply in debt. Dursts name has been at the top of the list. So is there enough evidence in this documentary to bring new charges . You would say normally no because its very circumstantial and i think there is a limit to handwriting comparison. But this is l. He apparently ate poisoned food. Jaggers owner says she knows who didnt do it. Reporter the mystery may be deepening a little bit because overnight there have been reports of other dogs having come down sick with what appears to be poisoning. So far only one of them as you mentioned, is dead. The victim is a 3yearold prize irish setter named jagger.
