Now, it was at a Campaign Appearance back in july that mr. Trump encouraged russia to spy on hillary clinton. Russia, if youre listening, i hope youre able to find the 30,000 emails that are missing. Mr. Trump said he was only joking. He continues to dismiss reports that russia did anything to help him get elected. But the cia is standing by the assessment that russia tried to smear the election by leaking embarrassing emails. Jeff pegues has details. The hackers also gained access to some republican files but that information never became public. Even after being exposed, the hacks against democrats continue. The next storm system moving into california, heavy rainfall and snow up into oregon midweek. And then sliding back down the coast as we head into thursday. A lufthansa flight diverted to new york following a bomb threat was given the all clear. The lufthansa flight called into headquarters in germany. The pilot went in as a precaution last night. Passengers and crew were evacuated on the airbus. No one was injured. And police in detroit dragged a woman off a Delta Airlines flight. Delta said she did not comply with proper boarding and tech procedures. One witness said she blew by the agent without checking in. She refused to leave the airplane when asked. The woman was taken into custody following the incident. Dylann roof, the man accused of killing nine people in a Charleston Church had a list of other black churches in his car. I still could not believe because i thought that it was a dream or something. Reporter in 2008, dna testing of evidence scientifically excluded mckinney as a suspect. Prosecutors said if this evidence had been available, there would have been no prosecution. I dont have no life. All my life was took away. Reporter in 2009, he was released and given 75. Since then, mckinney has depended on odd jobs at his church just to pay the bills. Under tennessee law, he could be eligible for up to 1 million compensation. But the parole board which hears such cases has ejected his request twice. In exoneration hearings, we have a lot of evidence clear and convincing. She served on the parole board for 12 years. She heard mckinneys case. Why wasnt the case by the District Attorney clear and convincing enough for you . Because they didnt notice they didnt test everything that was ordered by the original judge to be tested. Reporter prosecutors say the two samples not tested either had no dna or were so degraded tests could not be performed. Do you feel theres a guilty man walking . I have not been convinced hes innocent. Its not justice for him to not receive compensation for being wrongfully imprisoned.
