For the First Time Since these attacks, we saw tensions here in brussels really come to a head, as angry demonstrators came facetoface with authorities who have been criticized for not doing enough to prevent these attacks. Dutch Police Arrested a frenchman in this rotterbam neighborhood for allegedly plotting an attack in france. Belgian police carried out more than a dozen raids on sunday linked to terrorism but authorities did not say whether they were connected to last weeks bombings. 31 people were killed and at least 270 others injured. At the memorial for the victims, police in riot gear used Water Cannons to push back angry demonstrators, including hundreds of right wing socalled hooligans. This woman broke down in tears as they trampled through a shrine. We have to unite and show we are against them. Reporter mourners in the crowd were visually shaken by their presence. They want to stop terrorism but not doing it the right way. Reporter a heavy military police is still presence in brussels after those violent clashes. Authorities have also blocked off some of the citys streets. People have been coming here since last tuesdays attacks as a sign of solidarity and to pay their respects. I am not scared. Reporter on sunday, belgians interior minister knitted that decades of neglect hurt the countrys response to terrorism and the Justice Department and Security Forces are falling short. Back to you. A faction of the taliban says its responsible for an easter suicide bombing in pakistan that killed at least 65 people. Many of the victims were children. Another 300 were wounded in the eastern pakistani city of lahore. The bomb went off near childrens rides and a park crowded with people celebrating easter. They say they targeted the Christian School and schools and businesses in lahore are closed today. Facebook apologized for a glitch that sent a safety check to users following the pakistan bombing. A safety check lets users to signal friends they are safe following an event like a bombing. Yesterdays glitch sent the safety check notification asking if they were okay to users around the world. Four more people were taken into custody following terrorism raids in belgian and terrorist suspects were arrested in the netherlands and italy. Police in tampa are searching for suspects in a stunning theft at a car lot that involved nearly a dozen people and it was all caught on surveillance video. Jericka duncan reports. Reporter two of the susects entered the tampa dealership through a smashed window and seemed to know exactly where to look for the box of keys. Minutes later, a group of what appears to be eight other young men waiting in the lot, began unlocking vehicle doors. Tampa police say the thieves got away with eight vehicles just after 7 00 friday morning. Danny halina owns the dealership. When you realize eight cars have been stolen and another 12 have been damaged that are going to need some body work and repairs, that kind of, you know, puts you in a different perspective and makes you realize that anything is possible. Reporter its similar to what happened earlier this month when ten criminals used a truck to rip off the doors of this houston gun store. They busted through several glass cases and in just two minutes, they stole 85 weapons. The National Retail federation polled retailers around the country to gauge the impact of what is called multiple offender crimes. Their most recent study found that nearly 8 out of 10 retailers report being a victim of that type of crime. Suspects in only half of these cases were ever arrested. Hrk alina says police told him today they arrested one suspect and now have three of his cars, including one of his most expensive vehicles worth 27,000.
