The horrifying scene was recorded for a Cable Network police show, and we warn you the video is disturbing. Cbs Mireya Villarreal reports e body cfrom the texas capital. Footage released by the austin Police Department shows deputies from the Williamson CountySheriffs Office pursuing 40 yearold javier ambler, during a 22minute chase that included five crashes. This incident took place in march 2019. The deputies struggled with ambler, a black man, for several minutes, tasing him several times. As they tried to hand cuff the former College Football player who repeatedly told officers he couldnt breathe. When ambler lost consciousness, officers started performing c. P. R. For four minutes because they couldnt find a pulse. Amblers death was ruled a homicide by the states attorney generals office, which also noticed that it was justifiable homicide.
