That burnout, combined with rising unemployment, is leading 19 states to loosen restrictions and reopen some businesses and restaurants; even more plan to do so by may 1. We want to get our country open, and the testing is not going to be a problem at all. There are lots and lots of people out there who do not know usat they have coronavirus because they havent been tested.
