While engaged in negotiations, i asked the sheriff to send in the tactical unit, or their swat team, in an attempt to recover potential victims and take the subject into custody. As investigators continue to work the crime scene, friends and relatives of the victims gathered at a nearby hotel for information about their loved ones.
