Today, Police Arrested the fiance of 29yearold kelsey berreth. Police say Patrick Frazee was the last person to see berreth alive. Heres nikki battiste. Reporter Patrick Frazee was arrested this morning at his ranch in teller county, colorado. District attorney dan may Patrick Frazee was charged this morning with firstdegree murder and solicitation for firstdegree murder. Reporter investigators spent days executing a search warrant at frazees home last week, even bringing in a backhoe on to the 35acre property. Woodland park police chief miles de young investigators have recovered a number of items that make us suspicious that the crime did occur at kelseys residence.
