The army National Guard member was helping a woman find her pet when he was swept away. Rescue crews are checking these vehicles, they are checking this area, making sure that there is no one in any of these cars. Udok at that one down there it is filled with mud, rocks, other debris that it picked up as it was being dragged down this stream during the height of the storm. The historic mill town went through what was supposed to be neonceinalifetime flood just two years ago. Some businesses had only recently reopened. This is a crippling setback. Storm surge and Tropical Storm warnings are up in alabama and the Florida Panhandle. Torrential rain is forecast as alberto heads north. Manual bojorquez is in panama city, florida. So we have flash flood watches out across much of the lutheast, an area that has seen a whole lot of rain in the last couple of weeks as it is. The core of heavy rain with the center of circulation across alabama, tennessee, and western kentucky where we will see the biggest rain amounts with tropical downpours east of the track as well.
