the area where it was spotted. the santa cruz county sheriff's department says that it is about 14 ft. long, rangers are warning people to stay out of the water, and fliers have gone up warning people about the sharks. less than two weeks ago is architect a man kayaking near pleasure point in santa cruz county, the shark not to the kayaker into the water but he was rescued by a nearby bogor. he was not hurt. >> tonight investigators are trying to figure out how california high-school students manage to post photographs on line of the state's annual start test. now results of this year's testing have been delayed for weeks. linda yee is in san jose where to schools are in hot water. >> they are, but state educators say that right now those pictures have been taken down, since it was exposed that this happened last spring. but it is certainly not taken down before the damage was done, and it certainly raises questions because this breach means that someone was not watching the kids when they were taking those important test. >> the annual tests are supposed to show how much students have learned, but it turns out that 36 pages of questions and answers from the state standardized test were posted on social media websites like facebook and twitter, and instagram. the state department of education track the breach to students at 12 schools statewide, including two in san jose. school administrators already know the two guilty students. >> we do have those names and again, we are investigating that. >> heavy talk to them? >> that is part of the procedure, we want to bring them in and have a conversation about what happens, and why they were posting that material, and we will take it from there. >> no one wants to say " cheating " but what the students are accused of doing is pay walgreen's to fill each prescription, the company handles prescription drug coverage for millions nationwide, when walgreen's stopped accepting express scripts, other firms is jumped in according their customers. walgreen's stock plummeted and sales suffered but they're hoping to turn things around and assigned a new multiple year deal and will start welcoming back express scripts customers september 15th. and at the bank and asked " what is in your wallet " may soon have to put money back into your wallet, they have agreed to pay $210 million to settle charges of deceptive marketing. the bank is accused of pressuring customers to buy unnecessary services like credit monitoring and payment protection plans. 150 million of the settlement will go to customers that sign up for those plans, the average refund will be about $100 million. and if you have a gift card with less than $10 on it, you are entitled to get the remaining balance back in cash. we were contacted because the apple store in a walnut creek refused to give for the $7 left on her car after a major purchase. so we went back with her with a copy of the california civil code that clearly states the policy, and the clerk handed over the $7. apple says that the official policy is to abide by that state law, apparently someone at the store just did not get that message. >> well, we have express scripts, i can
