We have developing news from east contra costa contra costa where a plane crash has killed one person and it happened around 2 00 this afternoon when the single engine plane crashed in an open field and went up in flames. The field is just four miles north of the byron airport. I was working in my shop, heard a plane sputter and then heard an explosion. It was completely in flames, a lot of black smoke. Thats all we saw. You can only see a little tail section of the plane. Police believe no other passengers were on board. The faa is investigating the cause of the crash. Police in vallejo are offering a 10,000 reward for information on the murders of a couple and their unborn twins. Last month 31yearold Dashawn Jones and 28yearold ashley mills died after being shot several times. Mills was six months pregnant with twins.
