for the third year in a row. santa clara county is no. 2 and third is san benito county. the chronicle reports the study considers smoking and obesity rates, education, income levels and access to medical care and healthy food. in a new study shows many preschoolers are not getting a daily dose of outdoor play time. researchers looked at nearly 9000 kids nationwide and 42 percent did not go outside daily. researchers found out that mothers are more likely than fathers to take their kids outside to play. experts recommend kids play outside for at least 60 minutes per day. the sharks
