Reporter robin is the womans attorney. She says the video and pictures of bruises on her face and legs obtained by kpix 5 show a history of abuse at the hands of mcdonald. She just wanted to document what her condition was but there were many, many other occasions when he had bruised her. Reporter she says the video from may 2015 when mcdonald used the key to get into the apartment he rented for his child and girlfriend. Police would later charge him with Domestic Violence and false imprisonment. But a grand jury never indicted him. And the charges were dropped.
