Employee said he spoke to a man in the boarding area dressed as a pilot. Airport officials became alarmed when they realized none of the crew had boarded the plane yet. Security officials stopped take off and searched the plane and luggage. The plane was released less than an hour ago. Now for the very latest on the paris attacks. The gun used in the murders was stolen from a car from San Franciscos fishermans wharf. Anda thief is accused of knocking an El Cerrito High School student to the ground and stealing her cell phone. Reporter a San Jose Police cadet could face discipline after his gun was stolen from his car. It happened last month while he dined at benihanas restaurant in cupertino. It was first introduced in september and was to apply only to off duty Law Enforcement officers. This amendment would apply to anyone in San Francisco. We want everyone storing a gun in a vehicle to be Crystal Clear about the requirements. Reporter the legislation follows several highprofile gun thefts from cars around the bay area including the gun that was used in a killing of kate steinle on pier 14. It had been stolen from the car of a federal bureau of Land Management ranger in San Francisco four days earlier. The law center to prevent gun violence says over 10,000 guns were stolen in california in 2012.
