Officers arrested 53 people as they cleared the streets. A city hall looked more like a military base with National Guard troops and Armored Vehicles outfront. Earlier yesterday, people danced in the streets when they learned Six Police Officers were going to be charged in the death of freddie gray. Up to 120 pounds. Some are active and others are like this. So lots of options, the dogs are in foster homes and the shelter. You have adoption events every weekend.
