As donald trump prepares to institute his policies, investors are watching his first 100 days closely. Next we chat live with bruce of Morgan Stanley to find out how a Trump Presidency will impact your money from home buying to credit cards. Good morning, everybody cant make noise about the 49ers on the the general manager and coaching front but i got action from last fight. Did you see steph curry . What a silent assassin. The dubs were slammed deep in the heart of texas. Game night is our daughter allies favorite night. And knowing that her favorite General Mills big g cereals are glutenfree, like honey nut cheerios, rice chex and lucky charms, she can enjoy it her way. Try new very berry cheerios. The taste of real fruit in every bite. Now that President Trump is in the white house, investigators are watching his first days closely. More with the president s decisions and how that impacts your money, we have bruce with us from Morgan Stanley. So mr. Trump took his oath of office. Is that any indication of what we can expect over the next four years . Usually it hasnt been historically the best in terms of the stock market but we have been building a bit of a relief in the stock market. Its been coming down leading up to the inauguration and a bit of a bump yesterday so were hopeful that the stock market will go up. Your saying this doesnt hit with every presidency but this is a good sign. Yes, very good sign. Fantastic. Did we will follow two simple rules buy american and hire american. This week mr. Trump thanked walmart and General Motors for adding u. S. Jobs in investments. What is President Trump offering to convince companies to stay in the u. S. . Hes offering tax breaks to the companies in order to stay in the united states. Any penalties that youre aware of . Hes going to be penalizing them in terms of if they go outside the country. They will be taxed. What he spoke a lot about during his campaign it was anticipated and folks preparing if this so his economic policies also include across the board tax cuts, not just for corporations but for individuals so a lot of people are asking what does that mean for me . What does it mean for viewers out there and people who make 100,000 struggling to survive in the bay area, are they going to see significant tax cuts . They should see tax cuts from his plan. Is that something they can expect this tax season . Right, it takes a while for that to be enacted. It might be in the next year. Do you have any idea how much money they see in their pockets . It would depend on their income bracket and where they are now in terms of individually where their tax break would be. So for people who make less money, do you think tax cuts are as substantial . Based on what President Trump has said, hes indicated they should be strong for the people who are making less money, yes. Im sure a lot of people are looking forward to that. So trump issued an executive order to roll back obamacare. We saw that yesterday. What kind of impact do you think that will have on the stock market . On the stock market i think it will have limited impact. Although potentially on some healthcare stock. On the individual consumer i think there are three things to keep in mind uncertainty, budget and their plan. We have an nsh tive that he said is rolling back we dont know exactly what hes going to do. Budget because each consumer right now should be making sure they have a budget. Doesnt have to be an elaborate one but one knowing where they spnd their money. By knowing that if the cost of healthcare premiums go up or down or stay the same they should be better able to figure that out. Once they have the budget they can plug it into their plan and plan for such things as College Education for their kids or own retirement. Right. So planning ahead either way. Yes. The other big question folks want to know, the question for homeowners is how will trumps policies affect the value of homes . A lot of millennials who havent broke into the home market will it allow them to rake in . Sure. So Interest Rates have been going up as we have seen in the united states. As Interest Rates go up the cost of mortgages and how much you pay for a new mortgage may also be going up as well as refinancing your house. As far as whether or not real estate prices will come down, that could be a function of if it costs more to pay for your mortgage payments than people are able to afford less in terms of how much they borrow so the cost of housing may come down and it may cause millennials to enter the housing market. Thats great information. Insight to a lot of questions people have out there. Now were heading to our sports round up. Good morning, we lead you off with the nba. You play that game with the warriors bad idea. The warriors rolled through cleveland and oklahoma city, it was the rockets turn to wind them up and let them go. This to end the half. Currys court 24. Dubs took a five point lead and blew it out. Green coast to coast number, he scored 15. Durant up to 32. Six straight winds for golden state. Final 125108. Last night it was ladys night. The head coach of the bears, pack 12 action against arizona state. Cal up by two on the 18th ranked sun devils. 14 points and 10 rebounds, go ahead buccaneer. Who is having a cow after a 13 0 start . The last six games final last night 54 5. Five. What do they call that . The congo line . A lot of smith on the left side, 10th ranked cardinal up. You see that little promotion give away tonight. That would be the san jose sharks. They play against the colorado avalanche. Everybody that shows up for tonights game at 6 30 gets a Joe Thornton Chia pet. Im not kidding. Sit back and watch the face pillow grow. Thats all for sports at this hour. Have a great saturday, see you around. Honey nut cheerios gets their delicious taste from honest ingredients. Its really about people standing together in solidarity and coming together and having our voices heard. What is the message you want to get across . A lot of different issues that people are bringing up. What do you want people to come away with . Everybody has something their standing for so we want everybody to come out who wants to stand together and theres no one issue that people are here for. Now, how many people do you guys expect today . Oakland we expect around 30,000 people. What is the level of interest you see in people wanting to come out with gray skies and maybe the possibility of sprinkle or drizzle . Theres been a lot of great interest on facebook and event bright by phone calls to different oopgs organizations. People are excited about it. We have increasing numbers the past few days.
