All right, roqui. Thank you. Developing now, a manhunt is under way in santa clara county. Deputies say that a man robbed a bank yesterday morning and led them on a chase for 10 hours. It started at the bank of america in Scotts Valley. Depth sis say the suspect then sped off in a getaway car north on highway 17 breaking into someones home near weaver and soda springs. He stole a knife and van and then fled. He was last seen wearing a teal colored sharks shirt, green beanie and dark pants, black and white shoes, and blue gloves. He is considered armed and dangerous and currently were searching for the suspect right now. Deputies warn residents to keep doors locked and call 911 if they see anything. Highway 17 was shut down in both directions for nearly nine hours during the search for the suspect. Chopper 5 was over the gridlock during rush hour last night. Chp turned cars around but some waited on the side of the road. I have had to turn my car off because its overheating on this for two hours. Its frustrating especially after all the rain and road closures. My buddy warned me not to come this way and i did anyway and im paying the price. The highway is back open this morning. Last night when it got caught in the crash and burst into flames. Crews had to close all westbound lanes of 580 at the peak of the evening commute.
