Attorneys office, aws Mohammed Younis aljayab traveled to the middle east in 2013 and told other terrorists and said im eager to see blood and i have been thinking of joining the state. Investigators believe thats isis. Also in Oakland Police identified the suspect wanted in a shooting in downtown. This man jesse sterlingvaldez pulled a gun during an argument, opened fire wounding a bystander. Now, it happened tuesday morning. The shooting was all captured on surveillance video. Police say two men were arguing near 13th and broadway when valdez pulled out a gun. As bullets flew one woman was struck nearby. She is is expected to be okay. President obama says its an imaginary fiction that he wants to take guns away from lawabiding americans. Police say a man fired 13 shots through the cruiser window at around 11 30 last night. He was shot three times in the left arm getting nerve damage and broken bones. He fired back at the shooter who was arrested and taken to the hospital. Storms are rolling in again and so are high tides. Monster waves slamming bay area beaches in pacifica. Today a couple of accused of killing two children and abusing a third will be arraigned in monterey county. Tammy huntsman and her 17year old boyfriend face charges of murder torture and child abuse. Prosecutors say they killed two Young Children in salinas, left their bodies in a storage unit in redding and allegedly abused a 9yearold girl found injured in an apartment up in plumas county. All of the victims were in huntsmans custody we are less than a month away from super bowl 50 which airs right here on kpix 5. Levis stadium is getting ready for the big game.
