East bay mud, crews were here through the night because of this waterline leak that may have ruptured because of the shaking yesterday. It was reported after the strongest of the wake quake, that 3. 6 yesterday afternoon, about 3 00 in the afternoon. Thousands of people reported feeling it to the usgs.
