Crews closed the folsom street offramp in San Francisco. Its normally a busy ramp especially during morning commutes. To get to folsom street, use harrison street or fremont street to get there. The reason for the ramp closure . A new housing development. This time lapse video shot before last night closure shows how the ramp goes to the right cutting through the construction site. When it reopens, it will be an entirely different ramp straight through to fremont street while drivers can turn left or right to get to folsom. The 10day manhunt for a man accused of killing a Pennsylvania State trooper is narrowing down. Investigators are now focusing on a rural area around [ indiscernible ] where suspect eric frein grew up. They say he ambushed a barracks september 12 killing one trooper and wounding another. Authorities say he is a survivist with a vendetta against law enforcement. He has prepared for maybe years he planned his attack and his retreat.
