A federal complaint says the unnamed innate was using a smuggled smart phone to surf craigslist for people selling diamonds and rolexs and other jewelry. Hed call the sellers and offer to fly them to oakland to make the sale. His accomplices martin and others on the outside would use stolen credit cards to buy the plane ticket and pick the seller up from the Oakland Airport in a limo. Reporter officials are trying to figure out why motion sensors didnt go off or why the electric fences did not shock elliot. Once outside the prison, he kidnapped and carjacked a woman. As he was getting gas in neighboring indiana, the abducted woman slipped away and locked herself inside this stations bathroom and called police. Elliot later ditched her jeep and took another car.
