Dave and his photographer have minor injuries. These past few days have been the Worst Nightmare of any parent and for me as baby daphnes grandfather. Noticeably absent the childs father john webb who told Police Someone kidnapped daphne after he left her in a car last wednesday while they shopped but the family expressed their doubt about this asking for anyone who has seen the father with daphne in the past two weeks to come forward. A state committee is recommending a tougher penalty against pg e for the deadly 2010 pipeline explosion in san bruno. The amount of the penalty is still 2. 25 billion.
