He told police she was taken from his suv while he went in a store on international boulevard. Webbs mother was in the vehicle at the time but she has dementia. So Police Arrested webb on suspicion of child endangerment. No charges were filed. But police are asking anyone who saw the father and daughter together in the weeks before the disappearance to come forward. As far as the family knows, no one has. The officer that we talked to said theres things that he cant share with us. Reporter neither daphnes mother nor father participated in todays efforts. But her maternal grandfather says the family still supports them both. I have other reasons to doubt him. We are just going to go with what we have heard.
