Firecrews were able to bring the driver up after an hour of getting all of the rescue lines and the gurney to get him. It was a difficult and time consuming rescue. A chp helicopter was dispatched up from napa and came down here and landed a tricky landing to load up that patient and take him off to the trauma center. The road has been closed since 2 00 in the afternoon when this happened. As soon as the corvette was up and put on the flatbed and cleared out the road will open.
