Theres many arguments, and theres a lot for the judge to consider here. And the case does move forward, what are the implications . Thats what is important about todays hearing. Its sort of the last chance for the gun maker to avoid trial. So the judge, based on todays hearing saying, nope, thats it, we will keep going to trial, and we are throwing all this case out. Thats where the interesting stuff comes in. The case is about a negligent marketing scam. What we get in the trial, information about the marketing plans from these gun manufacturers, are you partnering with video games to promote the specific kind of weapons .
