Police discovered the vehicle in east oakland several people arrested at the scene officials not saying anything about the investigation or what led them to the area near 68th avenue near macarthur. Law enforcement sources say most if not all of the guns stolen this morning have been recovered in the oakland neighborhood. The atf is in oakland conducting a criminal investigation. They are the primary investigators and the Oakland Police department is assisting. Investigators have recovered dozens of the guns stolen in recent months in oakland during investigations into other crimes.
