Well tell you whats behind the sudden shortage of organic milk. ,, well, facebook is backtracking today changing the way it enforces an important policy of requiring users to list their real names. The group of drag queens gave facebook a petition demanding they allowed to use the names they identify with. Facebook recently deleted several hundred accounts forcing people to use their legal names for security purposes. That didnt sit well with people like michael williams, who goes by sister roma i have not identified by that name in over 27 years. That real authentic self is not always reflected in a drivers license and an identification card. Facebook apologized to the group in a meeting today says the spirit of its policy doesnt mean a persons legal name but instead the authentic name that they use in real life. Its not just facebook. Transgender people face many hurdles because their legal names dont match the name they use in daily life. Consumerwatch reporter julie watts explains. Reporter for Donna Dangelo Winning Tickets to xian any at the Oakland Coliseum was a dream come true. I was really excited. Reporter ha ha ha you need to chill when its this warm outside. Vallejo typically one of the cooler spots because, hey, were sitting next to San Francisco bay off the distance, we have mare island. This is not one of the hot spots. But when you get an offshore wind, when the wind comes from the east, it equalizes everything. Inland spots not that much hotter than places like vallejo or San Francisco or richmond or ocean beach or half moon bay. You can see this played out in our current temperatures. Its a Beautiful Day outside. There was a little bit of a late day ocean breeze which will be absent tomorrow. 81 san bruno. It is 75 in San Francisco. It is 84 in oakland. But 83 in san jose and 88 in santa rosa. So only a three or four degree difference between our areas near the water and away from the water. Usually 15 or 20 degrees. Today the great equalizer is the offshore wind. Everybody is warm. Everybody down fear 60 overnight tonight. San jose 60. Livermore 60. Oakland 61. Napa you will drop down to 57 degrees overnight tonight. Whats going on . Because certainly a change today compared to the past couple of days. Remember how cloudy it was on sunday. Big ridge of High Pressure, that High Pressure dome is basically going to park itself right over or just to the north of the bay area. That means dry weather continues. That means the east or offshore wind will continue. And above average temperatures will be with us at least for the next three days. The two hottest days are tomorrow and friday. Well be clear and mild tonight even the beach no fog zero fog throughout the bay area. It will be a sunny thursday, warm to hot. If you thought it was warm today, add 3 to 5 degrees coming up tomorrow. And little if any change heading into the weekend. It will be sunday at the earliest when you really feel a noticeable change in the temperatures and if you are away from the water it likely will be the top of next week. Highs tomorrow vallejo 87 degrees. Napa 93. Not that uncommon for napa but that 87 in vallejo is certainly a deviation from the norm. San jose 92. 90 in santa rosa. But check out San Francisco. That is not normal. 85 degrees in San Francisco tomorrow. 15 degrees above average. So when do we cool off . After hot weather on thursday and friday, even 80 at the coast. They give controlled organic milk and the demand is soaring. Reporter the demand is increasing but supply isnt keeping pace. Safeway at walnut creek had bare shelves. Theres just not enough organic mill to be go around.
