Customers would also be required to have shutoff nozzles on hoses when washing their cars or boats. Now, no fines are involved, but the district could install flow restricters on mains leading to the homes of Persistent Water violators. But kpix 5 consumerwatch reporter julie watts says there are some things you need to know before you jump into Digital Document storage.
