Yeah, just like an average person. Reporter even those without a personal connection to the legend feel a deal sense of loss. He was a genius. I mean, how many different roles did he play and different characters . But he had that downtoearth feeling where you just felt like he was one of the people in your neighborhood. Now, today there was a public hearing at the east bay m. U. D. Utilities district. They listed the emergency drought regulations they say customers have cut back by 10 since february. But statewide, we still need to step it up. So here we go. The new emergency regulations would make it illegal to flood pavement with runoff or water lawns more than twice a week. Customers would also be required to have shutoff nozzles on hoses when washing their cars or boats. Now, no fines are involved, but the district could install flow restricters on mains leading to the homes of Persistent Water violators. We do have the authority to restrict or cut off water from people who are egregious water wasters. Thats not appropriate during the drought.
