In the middle of the first storm in so long the latest readings show we are just at 12 . If were looking at 19 77 is statewide, we are quite a below that level. Governor brown met with water managers in Southern California today trying to come up with a plan before communities do run dry. Though discussed facilitating transfers to Southern California to areas in need in the north. Managers say its not dire yet thanks to water conservation. The governor also mentioned doubling Southern Californias conservation rebates from 20 million to 40 million. This weeks storm did flog for reservoirs. Most of them just get lower. This comes a couple of weeks, i believe, after there was a recent incidents at Reid Hillview airport where two planes on the ground on the tarmac of the runway did crash into each other. Thats a tiny little trickle in san anselmo. The rain didnt help that much but at least it was a start and there are some showers in the forecast coming up tonight. If you are fortunate, you will gain another inch tenth of an inch to. 2 of rainfall between now and tomorrow morning. Thats the final wave of rain for the next couple of days.
