As it stands right now, some certain parts of Oil Refineries have limits on the amount of Greenhouse Gases they can emit but theres no overall cap on the total from a refinery as a whole. They saw kids being dropped off and playing in the yard at the same time that they recovered more than 400,000 worth of cocaine at the property.
